The lovers went to the patient's hospital room where there friends were waiting. When they got there, the three guys were eating ice cream.

"Oh, Shin Hye-noona, annyeong haseyo?" Min Hyuk greeted.

"Annyeong, Shin Hye," Jong Hyun greeted.

"Is it good?" Jung Shin asked the two lovers with a smile.

"Ne, it is," Yong Hwa answered.

"Ya, eat ice cream," Min Hyuk said to the two.

He scooped some ice cream for his hyung and for his girlfriend, and handed the cups to them. Shin Hye smiled at Min Hyuk's cute eye smile that she could not help but pinch his cheeks.

"Patients will really get well fast because you are compassionate and cute," she told him.

"Ah, I am sure they will," he replied.

When the two joined in eating ice cream, Yong Hwa announced that Shin Hye's his girlfriend. Min Hyuk and Jong Hyun choked their ice cream in unison.

"*cough* Jinjja???" Min Hyuk asked happily. "Chukhahae!!!!"

"I knew that you'd be together soon," Jong Hyun said. "But I did not expect that it would be THIS soon."

Yong Hwa smirked. "I startled you, didn't I?"

"Ah~~~ the two of you just look so good together," Jung Shin said with a contented smile.

The three of them looked at the two holding hands together.

"Jong Hyun-ah, may I borrow your guitar?" Yong Hwa asked.

"Ah, geurae...," Jong Hyun said as he grabbed his guitar.

Shin Hye took the guitar from him.

"Are you gonna sing for us, Shin Hye-noona?" Min Hyuk asked.

"Ani. I will be singing for her," Yong Hwa said.

"Oh...that sounds like private," Jong Hyun said. "Uhm, the guys and I are just gonna go..."

The three looked at the two exit the room, and they smiled in unison.

"Ah~~~ we can easily ask for Shin Hye's autograph, kekekekek," Jong Hyun said wickedly.

The lovers went to the balcony overlooking the parking lot. The wind was cool, and it was a good time to serenade the one he loved. Shin Hye grabbed two chairs and let him sit first.

"Let me have your crutches," she said.

He handed her his crutches, and she placed them on the cement. The guitar, she handed to him afterwards.

"What is that you will be singing to me?" she asked him.

"It's my promise to you," he said with his boyish and shy smile.

His side tooth got her blushing, because it added cuteness to his already cute smile.

"Shin Hye-ya, this is for you," he said.

He began plucking the strings of the guitar as he sang to her a song. It was also coincident that a nurse passed by the balcony after getting out the door of another patient's room, and she could not help but get her hanky and wipe her nose.
