Yonghwa ponder for a  moment as he thinks that maybe he going to keep a secret about him got promoted as the new CEO and new project alongside with Baek’s company for a moment, but for how long could he keep the secret? He’s going to start his responsibilty soon, so he think that maybe he just went ahead and spill the beans already.

So here he is, standing right infront of his office, facing his collague, clearing his throat.

“Can I have all of your attetion for a moment?” he announce with a loud voice. All activities stop then all eyes focused at one person.

Yonghwa cleared his throat as he trying to compose his speech. He still don’t know how to break the news though. His assistant look at him warily.

“First and foremost, I would like to introduce all of you my new assistant, Kim Taeyeon,” he look at her as she bow at all of the department.

Yonghwa has been work closely with this design department for quite awhile compare with other departments. So naturally, he felt close with this very department. Not that he’s favor or something, but this department taught him a lot from the moment he step in this department. Although, he’s not had these gold hand of art in the department, but he thankful as he had a lot of views and have been taught well by the experienced ones in around here. None of them treat him special as people in the company already knew his identity as the heir of the company. He never been so thankful as he learnt a lot from there. From below until he got promoted as their head of the design department.

He snap back as he look at every on the worker in his department.

“Before all of you got the news from the next meeting, I would like to confirm it first with you guys,” he pause as he took a deep breath,”I got promoted as the CEO of the company”

Yonghwa huff a sigh as he walk back in his office. Ready to pack his personnel stuff. His heart still heavy on leaving the team this early. He don’t know if it’s the right thing after agreeing to take his father position this fast.

He having headache again.

Theres a knocked on his door. Inwardly, he groaning out loud.

“Woah, that’s kind of rude, Jung Yonghwa-sshi”

That voice along already irritated the hell out of Yonghwa right that moment. Yonghwa glared at his doorstep as the latter smirk his way in the Yonghwa’s office. He walk inside the office as if it was his office. He pull the chair and sit infront of him.

“Get out, Byun” he breath out with a tires sigh then.

Baekhyun chuckle as he look at Yonghwa in amused.

“I thought we had project together, Jung? Am I wrong?”

Yonghwa stop at whatever he throw inside the box as he look at Baekhyun with tired and annoyed face. “You’re not wrong. It’s suppos–“

“Woah! You finally agree with me? That’s a first!”

Yonghwa groaned at his interuption. This kid… “Look, I don’t have time for this to be honest, Baekhyun-sshi. About the project, my assistant will personally contact with yours to confirm our meeting and all. I will send out our draft by this weekend if that’s okay with you”

Baekhyun chuckle as he finally stand up. “Whats with the rush, Jung? Take your time. I know things been complicated these days,” he smirk once again. “But dude, take your time. I believe you still in your honeymoon phases isn’t?”

Yonghwa furrowed his brow at Baekhyun words. What the hell he trying to imply for?

“Wha–“

“Anyway! I will surely needed Ms. Haeun’s phone number now as I cant wait to get contactd by you!” he exclaimed, once again interupt Yonghwa.

“I wont be working with Ms. Haeun anymore, Byun. Let me call her in as I should introduce you guys. Pretty sure, you guys would be working together from now on,” Yonghwa said as he call his new assistant in his office now.

The door knock as the new person came in the office.

Baekhyun with his folded arms across his chest. He boyish grin slowly turn to an ‘o’ as he stare at the new assistant.

“Kim Taeyeon, this is Byun Baekhyun. The one that will be incharge for our collabration from Byun corpration”

At that Taeyeon bow deep at the man infront of her along with her formal greet.

“Byun, this is my new assistant, Kim Taeyeon. If anything, you would be contacting her first” Yonghwa said as he moved between the two of them with his hand in his pocket.

“Kim Taeyeon…” as if measure the temprature of water, he tasting the name of the girl on his lips.
