Two Hearts [ ; ON HIATUS ]
As soon as I reached my first class, there were already a few students. I took a seat in the second row and Hana sat beside me.
Hana faced me as she took her seat, “Jen, I – ”
I put my hand on as soon as she talked to me, “I don’t want to talk about it, okay?” I said, firm. As I took my hands off from her, she cursed at me and I ignored her.
Five minutes later, Professor Han entered the class with books in her hand. She began teaching while roaming in the class. Professor Han was pacing about the room like a ferret, asking questions, and I deliberately fixed my attention on her.
I sighed. This was my reason why I didn’t like Professor Han’s class because she loved asking questions. But luckily she is the best professor to teach my favorite subject in this college – History. Even though she is kind of , I said to myself.
Just now she’d found another victim, a girl with brown curls and a heart-shaped face. I didn’t dare to watch in distaste as the teacher badgered her with questions.
My tips – don’t ever look at the teacher’s face or made an eye-contact when she/he was attacking the students with questions.
The girl looked wretched as Professor Han turned away from her to address the entire class.
“You see what I mean? You think you know almost everything happened in this world, happened in our country. But look, all of you do not even pay attention for s that happened. Like this!” she gestured toward the brown-haired girl.
“If it is a , my must we learn about it. C’mon, it’s about ,” Hana talked to me slowly, near to my ear. I tried not to laugh during the class. I pinched Hana’s shoulder as my eyes were full of tears and she chuckled silently.
“No idea about the Korean Revolution. Thinks Gwangjong of Goryeo is Lee Jun Ki.” Professor Han snapped. All students were shifting uncomfortably in their seats.
Professor Han surely watched Scarlet Heart, I thought.
They were all afraid of this old lit
