Two Hearts [ ; ON HIATUS ]
As I was entering the convenience store, a girl bumped into me. She apologized immediately without looking at me. My eyebrows rose and turned around to see the girl.
“She seems familiar,” I taught to myself. I shrugged, “Maybe it is just a coincidence,” and I went into the store to buy drink. After paying, I decided to walk around the neighborhood, “Ah! It feels so damn good to be home,” I stretched myself. Suddenly, my phone rang and I picked it up. A familiar voice came through and I smiled.
“Sorry, wrong number,” I said, controlling my voice. I heard the caller immediately apologized. As he wanted to hang up, I laughed so loud and received a few glares from the passers-by. A few seconds of silence, the caller growled my name loudly and I chuckled.
“Long time no see. Did you miss me?” I asked and I heard a scoffed in return. After minutes of exchanging our own stories, I hung up and decided to go home. I turned around to go to where I parked my car just now. I froze.
I bit my bottom lip and closed my eyes. I sighed, “Damn it, where am I?” I asked myself as I already went too far. I ruffled my hair in frustration, “Ah! I should blame him for this,”
I tried to believe my instinct this time and just kept walking. Out of the blue, on the corner I bumped into a girl and she fell down. She was struggling with herself to wake up and I hurriedly gave a helping hand. She looked at me and our eyes met.
‘Oh, it is the same girl that bumped into me at the convenience store!’
