He read the words over and over again.
But, I left you.
I betrayed you, Jen.
I broke our promises, he told himself.
Suddenly, he heard a knock on the door and a head peeked from the outside. Jimin gave a smile as he saw Hanbin was grinning hugely at him.
Hanbin made his way into the room and laid on Jimin’s king size bed. He took a book that Jimin had been reading and flipped from pages to pages boringly.
“You read this again, Jim? Seriously? And this Japan name, what even” he said, pouting as he was examining the book.
Jimin hit his head playfully and he winced. “It is my favorite book, okay?” he snapped and grabbed the book from Hanbin. He put the book on the table beside his bed.
“Jim,” Hanbin called his name, straight.
Jimin turned his face to him and rose his eyebrows. “You know what Jim, I met an angel at the college,” he said, laughing.
“I think I have met her before but I didn’t remember where and when. But, really man she is so familiar – ” his squinted his eyes as he tried to remember something.
He suddenly clicked his finger and Jimin flinched, “Ah! Chim! Did you remember when we went to a vacation together months ago?”
He nodded, “Busan, right?”
“Yep! And the beach, gwang – ” he closed his eyes while clicking his fingers, trying to remember the place. Jimin let out a light chuckle.
“Gwangsoo?” he asked, hesitated and Jimin burst into laughter. He laughed so loud and began rolling on the bed.
“It is Gwangalli, stupid!” he answered in between of his laughter.
Hanbin rolled his eyes in annoyance, “Yea yea! Whatever!”
He said, pouting. As Jimin saw his friend was sulking, he smiled and ruffled his hair playfully.
