Two Hearts [ ; ON HIATUS ]
There was a pair of lovely couple, chasing one another at the shore of the beach. They laughed happily. The boy chased her and caught her in his hug.
“Let me go!” the girl shouted while laughing. The boy put his chin on her shoulders, “Let us enjoy this moment, okay?” he said, closing his eyes. The girl stopped struggling.
“Jennie, I think we should stop seeing each other,” the man suddenly talked after a few moments of silence. His hand still on her waist and hugged her tightly as his lives depended on it.
The girl, named Jennie broke the hug suddenly. Her eyes met his.
“What do you mean?” she asked, confused. The boy smashed his lips, “Let’s break up,” he said.
He looked at her, lovingly and continued, “You deserve someone better, Jen. I am no good,”
He turned around and left her. Jennie didn’t stop him or chased him. She just stood there, waiting for him lost in her gaze.
“Don’t leave me, please”
My eyes opened slowly as the sun greeted me nicely. I felt tears on my cheeks and wiped them away. I woke up and sat on the bed. “Jennie, wake up,” I heard a familiar voice behind the door – Lee Hana. She knocked my bedroom door repeatedly.
“Yes,” I replied, a bit loud because she kept knocking on the door. That is Lee Hana, she won’t stop knocking the door after not hearing my voice. “Breakfast is ready! Hurry up,” she said. I heard her foot steps left my room and went downstairs.
I let out a yawn and stretched myself. I made my way to the bathroom to ease myself. I looked at myself in the mirror – puffy face, swollen eyes ; why bother? It is my everyday morning view when I looked at myself, though.
