Chapter 9

In class

“Taeyeon, have you seen Yuri?”

“No? That’s strange, Yuri would never skip class”

“What if something happened to her?” Tiffany was getting worried

“I’m sure she’s fine, but you can call her to make sure”

Tiffany dialed Yuri’s phone number

“She’s not answering. What if something really did happen to her” Tiffany was panicking

“Tiffany, calm down. I sure she’s just sick and left her phone out of batteries.” Taeyeon tried her best to ease up Tiffany

“Ok” Tiffany hugged Taeyeon

Yoona opened her eyes when she heard her phone ringing. Then she saw Yuri was sleeping next to her with her arms around her waist. She just smiled and picked up the phone

“Hello?” Yoona tried to be quiet so Yuri didn’t wake up

“Yoona, where are you?”

“I’m sorry, I’m sick so I’m staying home right now”

“Thank god, I thought something happened to you” Taecyeon felt relieved

Yuri heard Yoona’s voice and woke up

“Do you miss me that much?” Yoona teased

“Of course I do”

“Miss you too” Yoona giggled

Yuri was jealous who Yoona was talking to but didn’t dare to move

“I’ll come and visit you when class is over ok?”

“Ok. Bye”

“Bye”

Yuri just pretend to sleep and hugged Yoona more firmly

“Aish, am I like a teddy bear to her?” Yoona teased

“You must be really tired from yesterday” Yoona started to caress Yuri’s hair

Inside, Yuri was smiling but didn’t show it

Class was over and Taecyeon was coming over at Yoona’s apartment

*Ding*

Yuri and Yoona both opened their eyes

“Who is it?” Yuri asked annoyed

“I think it's my friend” Yoona quickly got off the bed

Yoona opened the door and they both hugged each other

“What took you so long to answer?” Taecyeon pouted

“Sorry, I was sleeping” Yoona said tiring

“You seem so tired, you must be really sick”

Yoona just nodded

“Have you eat?”

“No”

“I’ll make something for you”

“You don’t have to”

“I insist” Taecyeon smiled

Yuri came out of the room

“Yuri is here?” Taecyeon said while looking at Yuri

“Yeah, she was taking care of me”

“Hey Taecyeon” Yuri faked a smile

“Hey” Taecyeon smiled back

Yuri and Taecyeon was just staring at Yoona eat

“Yah, why do you guys keep staring at me” Yoona’s mouth was stuffed with food

“Because it’s funny how someone can eat as much as you” Taecyeon pinched Yoona’s cheek

“Is the food good?” Taecyeon asked

“It’s not good, It’s amazing! When were you such a great cook?” Yoona kept stuffing food in

Taecyeon chuckled

“I cooked a lot of food when my mom was in the hospital”

Yuri couldn’t stand their lovey dovey so she decided to walk to the washroom

“I’ll be back” Yuri stood up

Taecyeon all of sudden took his thumb and wiped Yoona’s lips

Yoona started to blush

“Sorry, there was someone on your mouth” Taecyeon felt embarrassed

“I-It’s ok” Yoona looked down

Yuri came out of the washroom and witnessed everything

“You gotta be kidding me” Yuri whispered in disbelief

If this guy loves Yoona so much, why doesn’t he confess? But luckily he hasn’t or else I would be in a coffin with their lovey dovey -Yuri thought

Yuri walked to Yoona and got her a glass of water

“Drink, you must be thirsty”

Yuri shoved the water in Yoona’s mouth

“Y-Yu” Yoona pushed the cup away

“Yuri, you’re going to make me choke”

Yuri felt embarrassed with her actions

“I’m gonna go to sleep..” Yuri walked away in shame

“Sorry, I don’t know what’s up with her right now” Yoona scratched her head

“It’s ok, she’s just caring for you” Taecyeon smiled

After Taecyeon left, Yuri was looking at Yoona with her arms crossed

“What’s up?” Yoona sat down next to Yuri

“Why did you say his food was amazing but not mine?” Yuri said grumpily

“Because it was?” Yoona chuckled

Yuri pouted

“You’re so mean. I’m going home now” Yuri got up

“Wait. Can you come back tomorrow?” Yoona asked in hope

“No, you can ask Taecyeon and he’ll probably make some better food” Yuri said in a jealous tone

“But he’s not the same as you” Yoona back hugged Yuri

“Fine” Yuri smiled
