Chapter 26

Tiffany’s depression was getting worse day by day

She was at her desk writing a letter and then she left the house

“Tiffany” Yuri knocked on the door

“Tiffany?” She went inside but didn’t see Tiffany

She noticed there was a piece of paper on her desk so she picked it up and read it

Yuri started to cry and panic

She dialed Taeyeon’s phone number

“Hello?”

“T-Tiffany wants to commit suicide” Yuri frighteningly said

“What?!”

“What do we do?”

Taeyeon hung up and ran out of the hospital

“Miss, you are still severely injured!” A nurse cried but Taeyeon ignored her

Where would she be right now? -Taeyeon thought

A place popped up in her mind and she immediately rushed to her destination

Tiffany was scrolling around Han River bridge

She was ready to die

She was ready to jump off the bridge and end her life

Nothing matter to her anymore

The word die was all in her mind while other things were just blank

She closed her eyes for the very last time and was ready to fall into the deep river water until she felt a presence of someone’s arms holding her back

“Please Tiffany, don’t die” Taeyeon sobbed while hugging the latter

“Taeyeon..how did you find me?”
“Tiffany I love you, I was wrong to let go of you before, but I just wanted you to be happy”

“Taeyeon..” Tears were falling

“Please don’t die”

“I-I wont..”

“Can we be like before?”

Tiffany nodded

“I love you”

After a moment of hugging, Taeyeon could feel herself losing energy

“Tiffany, I can’t feel my body..” She suddenly fainted in Tiffany’s arm

“Taeyeon!” She shook the conscious body but no response

“Doctor, how is she” Tiffany asked worriedly

“Taeyeon is fine, she was just a little tired so she fainted”
“Thank you” Tiffany went inside the hospital room and sat down next to the sleeping girl

Taeyeon opened her eyes when she heard someone coming in

“How are you feeling?”

“Good, since you’re here” Taeyeon smiled

“You shouldn’t have run off like that. It could’ve done some serious injuries”

“But if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be able to save you”

Tiffany reached into her pocket and grabbed something

“Give me your hand”

She just obeyed her without any questions

“Don’t ever take this off you” Tiffany placed a ring on Taeyeon’s hand

“I’m sorry..”

“It’s fine. That was past but now we're in the future” Tiffany gave a warm smile

“You should go visit Yuri, she was really worried about you”

“Ok, call me tonight”

Taeyeon nodded

“Yoona, what if she actually died..” Yuri was anxious

“I’m sure Taeyeon took care of everything” Yoona tried her best to calm her down

They heard the door open

“Tiffany!” Yuri stood up and hugged her

“I was so scared if something happened to you” Yuri was crying

“I’m sorry to make you guys worried” She wiped Yuri’s tears

“Did Taeyeon confess?”

“Yes and I accepted it

“I’m so happy for you”

Next Day

Yuri and Yoona were out at a beach while Tiffany went to the hospital as usual

Taeyeon was waiting desperately for Tiffany

Should I call her? -Taeyeon thought while reaching out for her phone

Then she heard the door open which made her smile

“What took you so long?” Taeyeon pouted

“I always come at this time?”

“Really?” Taeyeon was a bit embarrassed

“I know you miss me a lot” She teased

“N-no, I mean yes. Yah, you tricked me” Taeyeon blushed

“You’re so cute” Tiffany pinched her cheeks

“That hurt” Taeyeon rubbed it

Tiffany gave a peck on her cheek

“Happy?”

“Can I have another one on the other side?” She pointed

Tiffany couldn’t refuse so did what she was told

Yuri and Yoona both changed into their swimsuits

“Let’s go swimming” Yuri happily said

“You look so nice” Yoona’s jaw dropped

Yuri blushed

“Thanks, you don’t look half bad either”

They were both swimming near the coast when the waves came

“Yoona, be careful. The waves are strong”

Yuri stood up and walked to shore until she heard Yoona yelling for help

She immediately dived into the water and grabbed Yoona’s arm before she was further shipped off into the ocean

“Are you ok?”

“Yes” Yoona was coughing

“I told you to be careful, what if something happened to you”

“I’m sorry, you dropped your goggles”

“The goggles aren’t worth your life” She hugged the latter

“We're going to catch a cold if we don’t change” She dragged Yoona inside the changing room

They were sitting on the sand while watching the sunset

“Omo, it’s so beautiful” Yoona pointed

“But you know what else is beautiful?”

Yuri started to blush

“Me” Yoona grinned

“.....” Yuri was in disbelief

“And you” Yoona kissed Yuri’s lips

Yuri couldn’t resist Yoona’s cuteness so she was instantly happy again

“How can I ever be mad at you” Yuri pouted and snuggled closer to Yoona
