-Yo Seob walks out of the house-

Na Hyun- (??) (What’s going on around here? I can’t understand anything!)

-Na Hyun’s so confused; she didn’t know what Gi Kwang and Yo Seob were talking about or why Yo Seob’s so mad. At the moment, Gi Kwang placed his hand on Na Hyun’s shoulder. “Go,” Gi Kwang said. “Talk to him.” Na Hyun looked at Gi Kwang for a while, trying to analyse from his eyes what situation was going on. They seemed to say “this is your chance, take him now”. So although still wondering what everything was about, Na Hyun went after Yo Seob. She found him sitting on a car a few steps from her house, looking down at the ground. He seemed bewildered. Na Hyun approached him- -Yo Seob walks out of the house-

She found him sitting on a car a few steps from her house, looking down at the ground. He seemed bewildered. Na Hyun approached him- 

Na Hyun- Ya… you shouldn’t be sitting on a car that isn’t yours.

Yo Seob- … yeah, well, there’s nowhere else to sit… (slightly chuckles) …I’m sure the owner won’t find out; it’s not like he can see my marks. And anyway, how are mine different from all the other butts in the world except for the size?

Na Hyun- (slightly chuckles )

-Na Hyun stares at Yo Seob for a moment. He always did like doing and saying strangely cute things. She can even remember clearly how he has the uncanny ability to make bird noises. To see him sad like this…makes a person wonder what’s got him so upset.-

Na Hyun- I won’t call him AJ anymore.

Yo Seob- Hmm?

Na Hyun- If it really annoys you, I’ll stop calling him AJ.

Yo Seob- Oh; no, it’s alright. Call him whatever you want. It really doesn’t concern me… I’m not your boyfriend anymore…

Na Hyun- Oh…ok…

-Silence fills the air for a moment. Then Na Hyun remembered how confused she was with the whole situation. What were Gi Kwang and Yo Seob talking about in the house? If Yo Seob’s not mad because she calls Gi Kwang “AJ”, then what’s the reason? And she even heard something about a password and wallpaper. She decides to ask Yo Seob what that was all about.-

Na Hyun- Ya… um, if it’s alright with you, I’d like to ask what you and Gi Kwang were arguing about earlier. Something about a password and wallpaper. 

Yo Seob- ! … That’s…it’s… (sighs deeply) Well, I guess telling you wouldn’t be so bad…I mean, I’ve already admitted it to myself anyway.

Na Hyun- ? What do you mean?

Yo Seob- Earlier, before Gi Kwang and I went here, we had a dance session with Doo Joon and the others. For some reason, they were trippin’ on me. Dong Woon snatched my phone and when they found out my secret, (T_T) they practically recorded it on a camera so the whole world would know!

Na Hyun-?? What’s the secret?

Yo Seob- That my feelings never changed… that the password and wallpaper… (Looks at Na Hyun tenderly)… were about you. The password to my cell phone is the date you became my girlfriend, and the wallpaper is a picture of you.

Na Hyun-! But I thought…

Yo Seob- That I got over you? (stands up from the car and approaches Na Hyun) I tried. I really did. But no matter what I do (touches Na Hyun’s face) I can’t get rid of loving you.

Na Hyun- ! (BLUSH) I…

Yo Seob- Hehe… I was so mad when you called Gi Kwang “AJ” because he was messing with me again. While you were in the dining room waiting for the ramen to boil, he asked to talk to me in private. When we were outside, he was telling me all sorts of crazy things like he wanted you to be his girlfriend and that tonight was the perfect time to hit on you because your dad wasn’t around, Jun Hyung was gone too, we broke up, so that means he can come to your rescue.

Na Hyun- ! (O.O) (>.<) HAHAHAHAHA!! So that’s what this was all about! No wonder he wanted to feed me ramen and for me to examine his body! Now I see; it’s so obviously to provoke you on purpose! Hahaha^^ Now I get why you were mad… Because you were jealous he was getting my attention… because I started calling him AJ… because… you still love me… right?

Yo Seob-… (combs Na Hyun’s hair with his fingers)… I’ve asked myself over and over again… Straight from the deepest part of me, I know inside that I’ve always loved you… And when we broke up… It’s really not that I wanted to, but because…

Na Hyun- Yeah, I know; because your parents think it’s too dangerous to be around me. I understand^^ I’ve always understood that reason and I know that it’s true. But it’s ok :> I’m alright if we’re just friends again. Even back then, when we weren’t boyfriend-girlfriend, I still loved you. The only difference when I became your girlfriend was that we both confessed and we found out we had feelings for each other. So now, we already know we love each other, and if we become friends again (^o^) what would it differ from our boyfriend-girlfriend relationship? All except, of course, that we’re single now (^_^) See? I can go through life; I’ll be ok just being your friend.

Yo Seob- Oh… I see… (Guess… she doesn’t need to get back with me after all…)

-Yo Seob felt a terrible sadness at that moment… It was quite unexplainable; the irony of it all. Na Hyun could go through life well without him… He’s the one who broke up with her, but he appears to need her more than she needs him. He was hoping that both of them were equally missing each other, but that’s just not how things are. Well… what to do now? Yo Seob decides to do the only thing he can: pretend he doesn’t need her much either; pretend that just being friends with her is easy as cake. Anyway, that’s what his parents want.-

Yo Seob-… Well, that’s good to hear. So, we’re back to being best buds?

Na Hyun- ^^Yeah! Give me a high-five Seobie!

-And Yo Seob did. He gave his best smile too; mustered up all the strength he had to pull off that upside down frown. When in fact, he was crying inside. As he reached Na Hyun’s hand for the high-five, in that short period where their hands touched, he felt like grabbing hers and never letting it go. But he had to stop himself; he had to contain the exploding feeling of wanting to hold her close to him, and just pretend that everything was alright. Even though it wasn’t.-

Na Hyun- C’mon, we can do it!^^ Just being friends isn’t all that bad :> Although, we won’t hang-out so much anymore because I’m dangerous to be around, God will find a way. After all, what if God wills you for another person? Don’t worry, alright? God is always with us and though sometimes we can’t understand the circumstances, we have to trust Him and do the right things. Be a good boy and obey your parents, ok?

Yo Seob- … Yeh… I hope Jun Hyung will be found soon so you can make the trade for your dad. But then who knows? Maybe God will find a way to give you BOTH Jun Hyung and your dad.(^o^) Let’s keep praying.

Na Hyun- Ne (yeah) :> Thanks Seobie.

-The 2 head on back to the house-

-Gi Kwang was expecting that something romantic would happen and that Plan A was a success. But unfortunately, the 2 came back to the house with Yo Seob still looking uneasy. It’s true that he was wearing a smile, but something was wrong with it… it looked full of gloom and misery; it seemed to be screaming in pain but no sound was coming out… It was the saddest smile Gi Kwang ever saw, and he hated that it was on one of his best friends. Gi Kwang kept calm and acted casually; he didn’t think he had to use Plan B at the same night too, but the situation called for it.-

Gi Kwang- Ya, Na Hyun, It’s only 7:45 so I guess it’s still too early to sleep. I brought my laptop with me; could you please play my Bookworm Adventures? Since I’m not so good in English, I’m stuck on this one stage. After that, you can play whatever game you want to or you can use the internet. I’m sure that’ll keep you busy until 9:00 ^^

Na Hyun- Yay^^ Thank you Gi Kwang Oppa :> C’mon Seobie, let’s go play.

Gi Kwang- Hold on there Na Hyun; I’m gonna need to borrow Yo Seob for some man to man talk (^_^) Wouldn’t want him to spend all his time with you- he’ll be influenced by your girly ways :p

Na Hyun- ^^ Whatever then; have your man to man talk.

-Na Hyun goes to play Gi Kwang’s laptop-

Gi Kwang- So? How’d it go? Did you guys hug and kiss? (^_^)

Yo Seob- … 

Yo Seob- Don’t say that… (T.T) this is all your fault; why’d you have to bring me here? Are you trying to degrade me or something?

Gi Kwang- So… (^^;) I take it didn’t go so well?

Yo Seob- Actually… you’re wrong; it went too well. I just found out tonight that she’s better off without me.

Gi Kwang- She said that?

Yo Seob- Well, no… It’s just that… she can easily accept the fact that we’re not meant to be with each other… while I… I crumble down in pain thinking about how I’ll never be able to hold her like I used to… (>.<)GAAAHHH! I was firm on my plan to forget about her, but you!

Gi Kwang- Me?

Yo Seob- (T.T) Yes you! I was all set to forget about her; even though it hurt, I was ready to see her as just one of those dreams that don’t come true. But you had to bring me here and prove to my face that she’s NOT a dream; that if I wanted to grab her and make her stay, I could… but I’m not allowed to… (looks at Gi Kwang sadly and smiles) I really want to take her hand; I do. Thanks for trying to bring us back together, I really appreciate it^^ But I have to obey my parents.

Gi Kwang- (looks at Yo Seob sadly) Ok... well, this news will disappoint the guys ^^ But we respect your decision bro; it’s all cool if you’ll just be friends with each other. And if God really wants you two to be together, He’ll be the one to make the move. So… what do you plan to do now?

Yo Seob- The one thing I can do: just stay friends with her…

Gi Kwang- (worried) Will you really be ok with that?

Yo Seob- Let me finish: just stay friends with her, and…

Forget about girls and just go out with Dong Woon ^o^!

-Gi Kwang playfully hits Yo Seob on the head-

Gi Kwang- ^^ YAAAHHH!! Wae-o? (why?) Are you gay or something?
