The Dawn Of DemigodsYoona entered his cabin for the second time, already familiarizing herself of Taecyeon’s spacious room. She spotted him standing out by the porch at the back of the cabin. He appeared to be waiting for her, thinking to himself.
“Missed me?” she surprised him with a back hug. She slid her palms teasingly from the bottom of his abdomen and up to his chest.
Taecyeon turned around to give her a kiss. “Yes I have,” he brushed a few strands of hair behind her ear. “Did you bring spare clothes?”
“I did,” she stood beside him, glancing at the lake and the moon shining its reflection on the water. “So we’re just going to take a dip?”
“That’s what I had in mind. Unless you want to swim around the whole lake then be my guest,” he chuckled.
“I don’t enjoy swimming much but it’ll be an exception tonight just for you.”
“I’m greatly honored.”
They walked back inside the cabin to change their clothes. Taecyeon paused his movements when he caught Yoona taking her clothes off right in front of him. She tossed her gown over to the mattress, revealing a bikini she wore underneath. He swallowed nervously, looking away that instance. He pulled his shirt over his head, all ready for a swim.
“Ready to go?” he offered his hand for her to take.
She linked her fingers within his. “Let’s go.”
Taecyeon guided Yoona outside, he jumped into the water first before he placed his hands on her hips to help her jump down beside him. They swam a couple of metres away from the plank, going to a spot where they could see the moon clearly. Yoona shivered at the temperature of the water but warmed up as soon as Taecyeon wrapped his arms around her.
“Are you sure this is okay?” she whispered. “I don’t want to get caught during the early hours.”
“It’ll be fine, as long as you’re with me,” he smiled, closing the gap between them to press his lips against hers. Their lips fitted perfectly, their bodies touching as the water surrounded them.
“You guys did a good job earlier with Chansung,” she said.
“Oh yeah! He nailed it for sure.”
“So romantic of him! Never knew he would act like that for once. Always looking like so pissed off to me.”
“Nah, he’s different when it comes to the girl he likes. He’ll be enjoying a good time with Sooyoung at the maize fields. Relax his mind a little.”
“And improve his temper.”
“Definitely.”
Nichkhun opened the door as it revealed Yuri standing patiently outside with a bag in hand. He welcomed her inside the cabin and made her sit at the living room area.
“How are you tonight?”
“Don’t you mean midnight?” she scoffed.
“Of course,” he hit himself on the head. “I prepared the fruits and nectar. Plus your favorite, greek yogurt!”
Yuri got comfortable on the couch and leaned over to the coffee table that was filled with food. “Wow this is looking great. You prepared so much.”
“Well I figured you needed more options.”
“You don’t really have to,” she took the small cup of greek yogurt. “I just need this and we’re good.”
Nichkhun couldn’t help but smile at her cuteness, she marvelled at the yogurt more than anything else on the table. She looked like a kid in his eyes enjoying the food in her small cup. They started a conversation about what they did for the day. Nichkhun stared at Yuri the whole time she was talking. Maybe he wasn’t even listening to what she was saying, he was probably thinking how beautiful she looked that night. Her long black hair shining under the spotlight above them, her eyes that he wanted to gaze at all day. How he wished he could do that for one day without having the need to do trainings. Times of the day that he could spend with Yuri were the ones he looked forward to.
“I was looking for you today during training. I was hoping to practice with you.”
He snapped out of his gaze. “Oh,” he furrowed his brows. “I’m sorry, I was busy helping out the guys. We met at the lake anyway,” he smiled.
“Yeah you and your team Artemis,” she rolled her eyes.
“I wanted to join Athena actually. But I felt like it would be cheating because the Son of Poseidon is siding with the best cabin in camp.”
“Hm,” Yuri looked down at her empty cup. “That’s true.”
Nichkhun tucked a few strands of hair behind her ear. “I will be careful. So don’t get anymore funny ideas when you see me with another girl.”
She sighed. “Yes sir.”
Silence followed for a minute or two, Nichkhun shifting closer to her side. Yuri glanced at him perplexed with his sudden actions. “What do you want to do tonight?” he whispered.
“I don’t know,” she shrugged. “Whatever you want to do,” Yuri gave him a knowing look, smiling away unknowingly.
Nichkhun cleared his throat. Did she just flirt with him? “I uh,” he stuttered. “Do you want to…”
Yuri moved her face inches away from his. “Want to?” she with her fingertips sliding along his arm.
He was beyond confused and just thought if they were going to do it. Like, do the real thing tonight. Are they going to do it? “Are we…doing it?”
She tilted her head. “Doing it? Doing what?”
The look on her face told him she was genuinely clueless about the situation they w
