Opposites do attract [ON HOLD]Heeyoung followed quietly Woohyun, watching his back. She couldn’t say what he was thinking right now, his pace was relatively slow and his shoulders were only moving slightly. She felt awfully bad about her situation, she wanted to run and hug his back, telling him everything would be alright, they just have to run away, she would take all the money she had earn from her dance competition and the money she had saved and they would leave far from here just to be together. But it was so wrong, they were just kids. She felt tears ran down her cheeks and she wondered if he was going to scold her.
Woohyun went to a corner, slumping on the ground, tears still flowing on his cheeks, Heeyoung didn’t know what to do, she sat beside him and tried to took his hand or make him look at her but he was pushing her away again and again.
“Leave me please.”
“No we need to talk about it, plus you’re still cold from being outside you need to be warmed up.” He sighed and she started to rub his arms and shoulders until his lips went back to a pink color. She continued but he pushed her aside not wanting to let her win. He knew that if he was going to see her pouting face or something, he would give up. He sighed again and avoided her eyes.
“Well I think you made it clear that you don’t want to talk to me. I will just leave you alone.”
He looked at her figure retreating back in the garden sitting on a swing with a cup in her hand. She was looking really sad but he couldn’t help it, what this girl Chorong had told him just went right through his heart and ego. What if his girlfriend and bestfriend were dating behind his back. It was true that they looked quite close but Sunggyu had always assured him that he only saw her as a little sister. His friend had also always helped to get his girl so why now would he took her away. Maybe because he had grown closer to her. Woohyun shook his head, of course not Heeyoung was too outgoing and loud while Sunggyu was just lazy and always nagging, passionate when he was singing. They couldn’t match, but deep down his brain couldn’t stop replaying the moment his two precious people had together. Heeyoung touching Sunggyu hair, Sunggyu helping her to learn the piano, both of them fighting for the last cake or for a spot on the couch, the skinship they would have. Woohyun took his head in his hand, this had to be a nightmare, they were only close friend period.
He looked over had Heeyoung, she was spacing out looking into space swaying back and forth. He smiled at how cute she looked, like a little girl even with that cocktail dress her mother must had made her wear. Even if she was always bright and loud, with the dates they had, he had learnt that she wasn’t perfect at all, having her own flaws. She was easily jealous and didn’t like to share her friends, she didn’t like stranger and could be quite associable at time. It was really ironical for a girl who was nice to everyone. She was really self conscious about herself finding herself too short, her legs too big, her tummy not enough flat, her skin too pale. But what Woohyun had learnt was she didn’t like –no hated to be alone, she was frightened by the idea to be left behind. She would always have someone over when her cousin couldn’t stay there, and he had learnt that Hoya and Dongwoo were practically leaving in her apartment, taking their role of older brothers really seriously. Dongwoo was really nice toward him and they had developed a great friendship but Hoy
