Sehun's p.o.v

I made my way through the east wing of Seoul university, towards the library, in search of research material for Soojung and I's business assignment.

In all honesty, Ji-eun was my first choice as a project partner and when she suggested it I thought it was a great idea but after catching Soojung staring at us a few times in class I thought "wouldn't it be funny to throughout the project".

I don't know why, but I always found it funny teasing her. I guess it's because she was so stubborn, it made her reaction so much better.

I pulled open the clear glass doors at the entrance of the library, releasing a wave of warm air.

I walked up to Irene, standing behind the counter. 

"How're you?" I smirked leaning against the counter.

She rolled her eyes with a smile and moved the stack of books aside leaning onto the counter to face me.

"I'm doing fine thank you. How're you Mr. Smooth?" she replied, with a giggle. 

"Mr. Smooth is always smooth", I joked, popping a collar. 

"Still as cheesy as always I see", she spoke.

"This is not cheesiness. This is the language of love," I answered with a wink.

She rolled her eyes to my respond, moving the books back in place to cover me. 

I pushed away the books and glanced at her. 

"Let's talk", I suggested placing my face in my hands.

"But we are talking".

"I mean alone".

"But we are alone", she whispered, then continued her work.

"Come on, you know what I mean", I pouted.

"No, I'm working", she denied picking up one of the books on the stack and opening it.

"Come on, come on", I whined, pulling her arm.

"Nope", she responded with her eyes closed.

"Come on Irene please", I pestered even more. 

"Not happening", she said standing her ground. 

"Fine, stubborn child", I joked letting go off her hand and turning my head away from hers, dramatically. 

Her eyes flew open with a scoff.

I rolled my eyes with a laugh.

"Come on", I spoke walking behind the counter and pushing her to a table nearby.

"Where are we going?" 

"To a table to talk like normal people".

"Are you trying to say I'm not normal?" She asked.

"Yes, pretty much", I answered with a chuckle.

She slapped my arm playfully.

I took off my bag and placed it on a chair. Took out my books and laid them onto the table.

"So, how're you?" I asked formally, once we were seated. 

"You already ask that", she laughed.

"Hey, don't laugh at me", I joked punching her shoulder lightly.

"Yahh! Have you forgotten you're a man and I'm a woman, that hurt", she whined.

"Still as week as ever I see".

"Still as dumb as ever", she countered, with a sneer.

Suddenly I noticed that her eyes were focused on the front doors. 

"Hey, what are you looking at?" I asked before turning around to see Krystal and Kai enter the library.

I whipped my head back to face Irene.

She gave me a questioning look.

"What's wrong?" She questioned with her arms crossed.

"Nothing," I mumbled, looking down at my folded hands. 

"There's gotta be something wrong. Come on  tell me", she pouted leaning in towards my face.

"There's nothing wrong", I defended through clenched teeth.

"Is it about Kai and that new girl?" She asked.

"I told you no, it's none of your business so leave it alone", I blurted.

"If you don't want to tell me. Then don't, but there's no need for the attitude", she sneered before getting up and walking behind the counter.

I glared intensively at the couple that were now seated at one of the tables towards the back.

Sehun's p.o.v * flashback*

After witnessing Kai leave Soojung's house. I waited for him in the elevator.

I arrived in front of him with a stern glare.

He looked at me and smirked. That douche. 

"Long time no see huh", he smiled as he got in.

My eyes widened and I grabbed him by the collar pushing him against the wall.

"What are you? Huh, Kai?" I asked angrily.

"Human?" He chuckled, not caring about the  position he was in.

"What were you doing at Soojung's apartment", I sneered through clenched teeth.

"Why must I tell you my business", he laugh not alarmed by my choke.

I pressed him harder against the elevator wall. 

"Stay away from her".

"Who?"

"You know who".

"Listen, Sehun. I am not obligated to do anything you tell me too", retorted with a straight face, removing my hand from his collar. 

He fixed his shirt and unravelled it from the wrinkling.

"I don't know how you feel about Soojung, and frankly I don't care, but just know she will be mine just like Sulli", he smirked before exiting the elevator doors off the now open door into the autumn night.

I watched him descend of towards the front doors. I felt pain in my fists. They were clenched and my nails were beginning to dig into my skin.

Kai.

Krystal's p.o.v 

I was on my way to the library when I was joined by the mysterious and annoying Kai. 

"Hey beautiful ", he greeted with a wink. 

I laughed at his greeting.

"Where are we headed?"

I gave him a look.

"I don't know about you, but I'm headed to the library".

"The library? You mean that place with all the books". 

"Yes, Kai the place where people who care about their future go to study".

"Ok then, let me take you", he said walking.

I watched as he walked the wrong way.

"It's this way", I clarified walking the other direction.

"Yah, I knew that", he chuckled following behind me.

"Ok", I chuckled. 

We were now in sight of the building.

"So this is how this place looks like", Kai spoke in awe.

I gave him a look.

"Are you saying that you've actually never been here ".

"Uhh... no", he spoke scratching the back of his head.

I began to laugh slowly then all at once.

"How did you get past high school?" I asked in between breaths.

"My good looks of course".

"Yah, ok. Like that's enough to get you through high school". 

"Also my wonderful charm".

He held the door open for me and I walked in with a chuckle.

We headed over to an empty table. I placed my bag on the seat and heading into the aisle of books, with Kai behind me.

"Why are you following me?" 

"I don't know where else to go" he pouted.

"I wasn't the one who told you to follow me", I spoke turning around and walking off.

He followed behind obediently.

I stopped in my track causing him to bump into me.

He held his head in pain.

"Ow".

I rolled my eyes. My back is not that hard.

"Ok. Here read this", I spoke grabbing a random book off the shelve.

He looked down confused.

"What am I supposed to do with this?"

"Read it? What else do you do with books?"

"But it's so thick".

I opened the book to the last page.

"It's only 200 pages, you baby".

"Please don't let me suffer like this Soojung", he begged.

I pushed the book towards him and led him to the table we were sitting at.

"Don't move ok. Just read that nice book", I spoke before heading back to find books.

I returned with about 5 books on our business topic and placed it on the empty table where I left Kai.

I looked at the book it was only opened to the first page.

This boy.

I search the library for him when I noticed Sehun sitting alone at one of the tables. He caught my gaze. Oh, great now I have to head over. 

I carried the books over to his table, he helped me load the books onto the table.

"Thanks".

I took the seat next to him. I examined the books already on the table, grabbing one to read the cover.

"So these are for our project. I was wondering why you choose me anyway?", I asked genuinely curious.

"I don't know, I guess cause I thought it would be fun".

"Fun?"

"Yes, fun". 

"So... Do you have any ideas on what we should do?"

"Nope, but I think you should come by tomorrow so we can brainstorm and get started", he suggested.

"Ok, that sounds great". 

He got up and packed his books into his bag before putting on his jacket.

"Where are you going?"

"Are you my mother? Why would I tell you?"

There's the Sehun I know and hate.

I sneered at his response as he walked towards the front desk.

He chatted with the girl at the desk before give her a hug and heading out.

Sehun seems to be quite the babe magnets. I would have never guessed it with his terrible attitude. Maybe it's only towards me. That jerk.

I looked over at her, she caught me gaze but rolled her eyes in an instant. That's was rude.

"I've been looking everywhere for you", Kai spoke bringing my gaze to him.

"Why would you have to do that when you  were supposed to be reading like a good little boy", I spoke to him.

"It's not my fault, the book was just so boring I couldn't take it", he explained sitting down.

"But you didn't get past the first page".

"Uhh... About that... Oh, I see you found your books, that's great. Anyways, I got a call from Chanyeol and he said he went out for lunch with Luna and the girls".

"Ok, but do you think you could sign my books out for me before we leave", I asked.

"Why?"

"Because I get this feeling that the girl at the front desk doesn't like me", 

He looked over to examine who I was talking about.

"You mean Irene? She's one of the nicest and funniest people I know", Kai laughed.

"I don't know I just saw her give me a dirty look when I looked at her". 

"You're probably just seeing things",  he assured.

"How do you know her anyways?"

"She's Sehun's ex".

What! Sehun is capable of having a girlfriend, I mean he's good looking, but I just assumed his attitude was a deal breaker. Why did she behave so rude though? Is it because of Sehun? Could she be jealous?

"They dated for quite a while too. Since high school, I think".

"Wow that's a long time", I spoke in awe.

"How do you know so much about them?", I questioned with a squint.

"Uhhhh... How about me signing those books out for you", he spoke changing the subject and grabbing the books of the desk.

I handed him my card obediently, obviously knowing why he wanted to change the subject.

He walked over to Irene and I watched as they chatted like they hadn't seen each other in years. They must have been pretty close. 

He returned with my books and handed me the receipt, I put everything in my bag and followed Kai out of the library. I smiled at Irene before leaving, maybe I was thinking too much. She looked at me but then rolled her eyes once again. There goes me ever being nice again.

Nope, not wrong she hates me.

Kai drove us both to the restaurant the others were eating at.

We entered together heading towards the table everyone was seated at.

"The love birds have finally arrived". Chanyeol cheered.

Kai and I looked at each other with raised eyebrows before laughing.

I found a seat between Luna and Amber.

I called for the waitress to take my order and she returned with my food and I was so happy.

I ate happily with everyone watching. I looked up and noticed eyes on me.

"What?"

"How do you eat so much?" Suho asked.

"I don't know either", I answered, earning a laugh from everyone.

Everyone was eating and chatting and I was starting to get used to everyone. We have grown so close.

The waitress arrived with our bill when we were all finished eating, I looked at everyone cause I for sure was not paying. Baekhyun offered to pay for everything, and I swear I could have kissed him. It was so good to have rich friends.

I turned to talk to Luna about Irene when I heard the words food and years supply. My head spun around so fast I could have caught a whiplash.

"Sorry. Wh.. Wha.. What were you saying", I stuttered.

"Soojung and the word food", Amber laughed.

"Uhhhh... That today we are having a special. If you can eat this bowl of Jjimdak in 30 minutes without water, you get a year's supply of pork belly".

"All at once?", I asked. 

"No, every month you get a new supply", she answered. 

I looked at everyone with a smirk.

"You can't be serious. After everything you just ate? There's no way", Baekhyun spoke.

"Yah, come on Soojung. That's craziness", Suho added.

"Try me", I dared.

"I don't believe it one bit. There's no way Soojung can eat all of that after everything she ate", D.o spoke.

"Don't doubt her yet guys, We've witnessed it", Luna assured.

"She's not human", Victoria added.

"Fine then let's put a little bet on it", Chanyeol offered.

"Ok, name your terms?"

"Let's hit her where it hurts the most", he smiled.

"Her hair!", D.o said.

They both high fived laughing. I see my failure is funny to them.

I glared at him while my hair, a little scared.

"Let's cut it all off", Suho suggested.

"If you want to die then try it" I sneered. 

They all shivered.

"Fine, then let's dye it", he continued.

"Yah, but what colour?"

"Pink", Kai suggested.

"No".

"Blonde", this time from Suho.

"Too common".

"Blue", D.o added.

"No". 

"Pink", Kai spoke again.

"We already said no to that", Chanyeol said a little annoyed.

"I think it'll look nice", he explained with a wink at me.

"We need something that will stand out", Chanyeol clarified.

"I know! Let's die it Red", Baekhyun suggested.

"That's like pink though", D.o denied.

"No like bright red, like Sulli's shirt".

I looked at Sulli's shirt it was pretty bright.

"Guys, I hope you know I'm only keeping this in for a week", I interrupted to clarify things.

"No way, that's way to short", Chanyeol denied.

"It's gotta be a good month and we have to dye it for you", Baekhyun added.

"There's no way you're touching my hair. Watch when I go bald".

Everyone laughed.

"Fine you can do it at a salon but we get to pick the shade", Suho finished.

"Wait, but what do I get if I win". 

"The achievement of winning", Kai laughed.

"You're funny", I fake laughed.

I deliberated with the girls.

"What should we do?"

"Let's make them out servants for a day", Sulli suggested. 

"Come on Sul, that's too weak", Amber spoke.

"We should make them swim with sharks instead", she continued.

"They might die, too dangerous".

"How about shaving their heads", the waitress suggested. 

"That's actually pretty really good", Luna cheered.

"We've decided", I spoke folding my hands on the table like it was a serious matter.

"If I win you guys must shave your head".

"Guys, I don't know if I can do this, my hair is my baby, without it I'm nothing, nothing ", Baekhyun spoke uneasily.

"There no backing down now, we're in too deep. Anyways there's no way she can eat all that", Chanyeol assured Baekhyun.

"Wait, why do we all have to shave our heads, if Soojung is the only one dying her hair?" D.o asked.

"Fine, you can pick one person to do it", Victoria added.

"Chanyeol", they all said in Union.

We all laughed at their response.

"What! Why me?".

"You said it yourself, there's no way she can eat all that right", Kai laughed.

"Yah, but what if she does?" he asked wearily touching his hair.

"Then wear a hat", Luna laughed, holding up a hat for him. 

"Ok, then it's all settled?" I asked with my hand held out.

"Yes," Suho spoke reaching his hand out.

"Noo... Wait..." Chanyeol managed before his mouth was covered by Baekhyun. 

"Ok, then let's begin", I told the waitress.

She returned with a bowl of Jjimdak.

The challenge begins.
