“Annyeonghaseyo.” They greeted each other formally then he proceeded to where his manager is.

“You should’ve warned me.” He said while looking to the both of them.

“They came here just now, I have no idea.” The manager said.

“We just passed by to say goodluck, we’re leaving now.” Jaerim heard her say. He sighed. How he missed that angelic voice. Is she together with that guy now?

“Let’s do this. I need to leave early.” He told his manager.

After his schedule, Jaerim picked up his phone and dialled his friends’ numbers. He agreed to meet up with them at a club; he’s planning to drink right now.

“This is about her again, right?” One of his friends asked. Jaerim slightly nodded. This is about her and everything will be about her.

How did he fall so hard? How?

And she did not. Why?

Jaerim drank too much just like last night but tonight is different. He called her and this time she picked it up.

“How can you be so cold?” Jaerim told her the moment she picked up the phone.

Silence.

“I just need you.” Jaerim said, and then she hung up.

“Nice. Very nice. Isn’t it clear to you Jaerim? She’s not interested. Everything is just for the show.” Jaerim told himself.

His friends tried to comfort him, Jaerim told them that he’s fine.

But he’s not.

And nothing can help ease the pain that he’s feeling right now.

He prays that tomorrow, he won’t be able to feel anything.
