A/N: Annyeong! Welcome to my 1st FF!

I love INFINITE! Don't you? You wouldn't be here if you didn't. keke

Also, my inspiration for SunMi is IU

I didn't realize how cute IU was until recently. *

So I turned IU into SunMi!

Foreword

SunMi's point of view:

"Hello, my name is Lee SunMi!" I said with a faked smile as I introduced myself to my fellow high school freshman peers. It hadn't been long since I moved to California, but I had already got use to my new surroundings. It wasn't hard to adjust to life here. It was a lot different from Korea. I mean, public transportation was useless in the US. I can't remember how many times the bus had just passed me by instead of stopping. I cursed at a bus driver at least 3 times a week. That was the only downfall I had here in California, but other than that, I loved it here.

Four years had passed so quickly. I was now only a week away from my senior graduation. I looked back on the years now and wondered how time went by so fast, was life here so simple and peaceful that I didn't even realize how fast the years had passed? Of course I missed living in Korea though. I missed my grandparents, the food, the bright lights of Seoul at night, and of course my old school friends. I missed Myungsoo the most. Their wasn't a day that passed that I didn't think of him. Myungsoo and I had a special relationship you can say. After my brother, Bae, had died Myungsoo was the closest friend I had. He took care of me, and I was grateful. So obviously I missed him! I owed him so much.

For the first year after I left Korea, Myungsoo and I kept in touch. I called him on a daily basis until our parents complained that the phone bill was too expensive. Eventually we switched to emailing each other, but eventually those stopped too. I was busy adjusting to my new school and learning English on top of that, but I did reply to him when I had the chance. Maybe he got tired of waiting for my reply, because in the end he stopped replying too. I was sad of course, but I knew that if I ever saw Myungsoo again, we'd definitely still be friends.
