Author's point of view:

JUST AS SUNMI LEFT INFINITE's DORM:

"Yah, SungYeol. SunMi is on her way. Hurry back." SungGyu said over the phone to SungYeol

     SungYeol had spent the whole day at SunMi's dorm room and now that SunMi was on her way, he needed to leave.

"Did you finish?" SungGyu asked.

     SungYeol did finish. Plan was complete and in full motion. SungGyu felt like he was a secret agent at the moment. He couldn't help but laugh at this situation. After his short conversation with SungYeol he hanged up and waited for SungYeol to get home.

"SungYeol's on his way now. Now we just have to wait to hear how SunMi reacts."

"I bet she's going to get mad." Hoya said with a laugh.

"I bet she'll be ecstatic." Minhee said.

"It's a bet then! Let's see who's right." DongWoo spoke now.

SunMi's point of view:

     I slowly opened the door to find someone standing in the middle of the room with his back to me. I wasn't sure who it was but I somehow ignored the man in front of me and looked around instead. The room seemed to have transformed and it made me feel like I had walked into the wrong room, but this was definitely my room. I wouldn't have been able to unlock the door otherwise. This couldn't have been Minhee's doing, she was with me the whole day. What's going on?

     Their was only one queen bed in the room now, a night stand and a cabinet with a mirror above it. It was a little too fancy for my taste but I was still amazed at it's beauty. Above the bed I quickly noticed that their was an INFINITE poster in a large frame. Besides the obvious unfamiliar furniture, their was candles placed on the floor shaped in a heart. In the middle of this heart was where that stranger now stood.

"Who are you?" I finally asked.

     He slowly turned around and I realized quickly who it was. Kim Myungsoo.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, surprised to see him here.

"SunMi." He simply said taking a step forward.

     I took a step back and he took a deep breath before talking again.

"I-I'm sorry for being such a jerk SunMi. . . I know I don't deserve a second chance, but I'm begging you. Please forgive me." He pleaded.

     I couldn't answer him. I still couldn't believe he was standing right in front of me, especially not asking for my forgiveness. What kind of cruel dream was this? Did I miss him so much that I was now imagining him? Their was no way this could be reality.

"SunMi, please." He pleaded again.

"Why? Why now? . . . After so long. . What do you want from me?" I looked at him with a distraught face.

     This was reality, but none of this made sense. Why was he asking for forgiveness now?

"I was scared before, but not any more." He assured.

     I should be the one that's scared, their was so much doubt in my mind. He continued to talk.

"I was scared that you'd get hurt, or that I would get hurt if you left me. I thought it would be easier for the both of us if we were apart."

"Hurt? You were scared of getting hurt?!" I yelled now.

     I was the one who was hurt, not him.

"SunMi, I know I hurt you. I know that I was heartless, but it was for your own good." He took another step forward.

     I didn't back away this time. I let him stand closer to me. I was trying really hard already not to slap him again, but I managed to restrain myself from doing so.

"Myun- L, it's late, you should go." I needed him to leave.

"Don't - Don't call me L. SunMi, please." He reached for my hands and I quickly moved over besides the bed.

"Please, go." I said in a whisper.

     I didn't want him to go, but I didn't want him to stay either. I was deeply confused. I've wanted to talk to him for so long and now that he was here, I couldn't say anything. I never imagined he'd be here.

     Yesterday at the concert, it seemed he didn't even care about how I felt and now here he was, admitting that he hurt me. I felt dizzy all of a sudden, this was too much for me to handle. He needed to leave.

"I'm not leaving until you talk to me. You wanted to talk, so talk." He came closer to me again.

"I- I can't say it." I couldn't say what I wanted to say, not anymore.

     How could I tell him I loved him when he was confused himself. First he pushes me away, confesses he loves me, runs away, and then shows up here to apologize. If he was already confused to this extent, I didn't want to know what he would do if he knew I loved him too.

"Please, please just tell me." He begged.

"Just go away." I pushed him, not really moving him at all.

     As I pushed him the second time he quickly took hold of my arms and pulled me into a tight hug. I tried to push him away but I couldn't, I was over powered. He continued to hold me and eventually I stopped struggling to get free and just stood there. My tears quietly began to fall, I couldn't hold them in any longer. I let him hold me as I cried.

"I'm sorry. .Shh, don't cry. I'm sorry, I love you SunMi." He spoke in a soft tone as he soothed my back.

     I was comforted.

"Myungsoo," I looked up at him, "I love you." I was finally able to confess.

     He smiled down at me and then brought his hands up to my cheeks. He wiped away my tears with his thumbs and we continued to look into each others eyes. Time froze in that moment, or so it felt like it.

     He leaned in closer, and his lips lightly pressed on mine. He kissed me once and then looked back at me. My tears were still rolling down my face but he never let go of my face. After another second of just looking at each other, he kissed me again. Only this kiss was longer, more powerful. I brought myself to put one hand on his neck now to show him I wasn't going to pull away anymore. As we kissed, he smiled.

     I had wanted this moment to happen for so long. I smiled back at him and then pulled him into another kiss.

"I love you." He said again.

"I love you, Myungsoo."

"I belong to you. Always have, always will."

     I was beyond happy to hear those words. He was mine. I was his.

Author's point of view:

     In the end, SunMi and Myungsoo finally spoke the truth they had been holding in for so long. They spent the entire night talking to each other as Myungsoo held SunMi in his arms. SunMi had a lot to say, more then she had thought and Myungsoo felt bad for not hearing her out before. Each time SunMi explained how much she missed him she'd cry. Myungsoo would kiss her tears away and answer that he would never leave her again. It was a promise that he meant to keep this time, until forever.

     That night, Jia and Minhee had slept over INFINITE's dorm. Seeing how Myungsoo didn't come home last night, they were all assured that they had reconciled.

"Now that we patched things up with those two, what's going on with you and Jia?" SungGyu asked WooHyun.

     Jia blushed a bright pink at the question. WooHyun looked over at Jia and they smiled in synch. SungJong and Hoya ooh'd as DongWoo and SungYeol burst out laughing.

"Jia and I are now officially dating." WooHyun informed them.

     Jia smiled and giggled like a school girl at WooHyun's bold confession. She was happy to claim WooHyun as hers. They all clapped for the happy couple as WooHyun back hugged Jia. Minhee smiled at her, regardless of her deep jealousy. Minhee still hadn't confessed to SungGyu yet and she knew she would have to do it soon. Luckily, it seemed that SungYeol didn't care much for Minhee anymore and that made it easier for Minhee to declare her love for SungGyu without hurting SungYeol.

"Wahh, I'm jealous. WooHyun hyung and Myungsoo hyung have girlfriends now. I want one." SungJong said with a pout.

"/Sigh/ Me too." Hoya said.

"How about it Minhee, wanna date me?" DongWoo laughed.

     Minhee stared at him wide eyed and then laughed along with him. She knew he was just kidding.

"YAH! Quit playing around." SungGyu yelled.

     SungGyu was suddenly annoyed when another member was too close to Minhee. He wasn't quite sure why though.

FIVE MONTHS LATER:

     SunMi and Myungsoo were still together. Their relationship couldn't get any better really. Even though he was always busy, he still made time to call her. He had publicly announced his relationship with SunMi , with the support of the members of INFINITE of course. He wanted to make sure the world knew that she belonged to him and that he belonged to her. Corny right? SunMi thought so too, but nonetheless, she was happy.

     SunMi continued to attend school in Korea and had quit her job at the grocery store. People at the market became uncomfortable at all the attention SunMi was suddenly getting. It did help the business but it was uncomfortable nonetheless, for her and her co workers. Lee Joon had also quit his job and had successfully managed to become a trainee at a music company. She still felt guilty for giving Joon false hopes all the while. Later on, SunMi had been offered a job at a school as an English tutor. Now that she had a steady income she was even looking for a place to live with Minhee and Jia. Everything seemed to be going along perfectly. She had nothing to complain about, except Jia who still called her, her blushing nun.

     Minhee had even confessed her liking to SungGyu, SungGyu was a bit hesitant on the whole ordeal. SungGyu being the leader had the hardest of time accepting Minhee. He felt bad for not being able to see her enough but she assured him that she would wait for him. SungGyu liked Minhee and that was all that mattered. If he liked her too, that was enough for Minhee at the moment.

     Jia and WooHyun were a whole other issue. They had broken up after just two months of dating. Jia had always been the jealous type and her attitude had always been strong. WooHyun wasn't mentally ready to be in a relationship with someone like Jia anyway. WooHyun had always been the ladies man, even SunMi had fallen for his charms at the beginning, so it was no surprise that hundreds of girls were all over him. Which caused this messy break up. They went a whole two months without talking to each other, but recently started small talk. They're still not on a good friend basis, but it's slowly getting there.

     Their was a couple of things they had all learned from this experience.

     One event could change another persons life, forever. SunMi was the one that had brought all these people together. Her leaving Korea in the first place brought Myungsoo to Minhee and eventually to the members of INFINITE. Her return to Korea reunited Minhee with Myungsoo and even brought Jia in the picture too. Their lives were forever changed thanks to SunMi. SunMi, the girl who believed in love and friendship more than anything. Love and friendship truly did exist, but only if you're willing to fight for it.
