“Do you want to go on a honeymoon?”
“No. We travel enough,” Ryeowook said.
I looked over our short list of guests as we sat at the table. “How about flowers or cake?”
“We could order a cake. I’ll pick up some flowers the day before. What kind?”
I laughed to myself. I don’t know types of flowers aside from roses. “I imagine you want purple. I’d like blue. Maybe both?”
“Okay.”
I tapped my pen against the tabletop. “Is this fine? Do you want more than this?”
Ryeowook shook his head. “All I need is you.”
The Last Single Night
“Drink up, maknaes!” Hyuk declared, pouring us both another round. Kyuhyun stared at the shot glass, eyes unfocused.
“I think we’ve had more than enough!”
“This is your last night being single!” Donghae goaded.
“I hate to break it to you, but we haven’t been single in years,” I argued, grabbing Kyuhyun’s arm and pulling him to his feet. He wobbled, already drunk.
“Where are you going?”
“Bed!”
“Shouldn’t you be sleeping in separate rooms tonight?” Donghae questioned.
“Hell no!” I said, winking. “We haven’t even gotten to the best part of the bachelor’s party yet. Stripping! Come on, Kyu!”

Ryeowook looked at me and laughed. “Quit chewing your nails.”
I pulled my hand away from my face.
“Why are you so nervous? Second thoughts?”
“No,” I said, walking over to where he was applying his makeup. “I’m afraid the ceremony won’t meet your expectations. I don’t want to let you down.”
