Y.T.T. / ˗ˏˋ THE FINAL STRETCH ˎˊ˗From what the PD had told me about the show, it was somewhat of a mix between 'Dancing With The Stars' and Super Junior's 'Miracle [Show].' The show would allow for the stars of that week to dance with someone of the fans' choosing, and altogether the points would be added as well as multiplied by ten, which would be the amount of money given to teenagers or families that are going through hardships in their lives. They will be encouraging them to pursue their dreams, if it were teenagers, by finding role models that they could look up to in the career profession that they will or choose to join. With the help of the stars who appear on the show, they will realize that nothing's impossible and they can do it, even if it seems that the odds are against them.
Once the show had started, the MCs, who were Leeteuk of Super Junior and Gain of Brown Eyed Girls, introduced the show as well as explain as to what it was. Soon after the guests of the next few episodes were finally revealed to the public one by one.
"SHINee's Key and Taemin!"
"YTT's Eight and Lya!"
"GOT7's Mark and JB!"
"Sistar's Bora and Dasom!"
"Actor Song Joongki!
"T-Ara's Jiyeon!"
Once the MCs were done introducing each of the ten stars of Korea, we were then paired up based on an online poll posted on their website prior to the first episode. The pairs were as followed: Mark-Jiyeon, Key-Bora, Lya-Taemin, Joongki-Dasom, and me (Eight)-JB. Once we were paired up we were given the task to choose what style of dance we wanted to do, and considering that JB and I were a couple we decided on a romantic theme. The MCs left us to choose in individual rooms along with a cameraman who was told to watch our every move. Once JB and I reached our room, we had the same exact thoughts.
"Remember BoA's duet in 'Make Your Move' where they were dancing in that studio," I asked JB, who seemed pretty out of it. "I guess that's a no. Hold on." I pulled out my phone and searched for the video on YouTube.
After showing the video to JB, I continued on with my little speech, "What if we did that, but like our own rendition of it? Besides, her fifteenth year anniversary of debuting is coming up soon, so I thought it would be a good idea to do this."
JB snapped his fingers, "Right! We could do it as a tribute to her as a celebration! Great thinking, ba— I mean, Eight. Good job!" He patted my head, nervously laughing off his small mishap by almost saying 'babe' on live TV. I slapped his hand away with a straight face before emitting a small laugh.
As soon as we completed our thought process, we proceeded to an empty room to dance out our thoughts. Despite moving quickly with this, considering we had only two days to figure out a choreography, we had great ideas. One idea, that we both kind of liked, was the fact that our ending would be something extraordinary.
JB looked at me as we finished watching the video of BoA's duet dance with Derek a second time, "What if we kissed at the end?"
I gasped at JB's idea, however it wasn't a completely bad one. If we kiss as our ending, we might possibly win enough money to help our cause, and, in all honesty, I enjoyed any form of romantic contact with JB. However, if we kiss, it might spark rumors about our relationship. I gulped, which could be heard through my microphone, "I don't know about that JB."
He looked at me, with his puppy-like eyes, "Just think about it. If you feel uncomfortable with actually kissing, we can do a stage kiss!"
A stage kiss didn't sound too bad, but in my mind I wished that I said 'yes' to actually kissing him. I gave a bright smile, "All right, I'm down for a stage kiss."
It was the day that JB and I would perform and, honestly, my body was shaking. Usually I wouldn't be nervous about things like performing or dancing, yet I was. Be it because it's because I'll actually be judged and money is on the line or I'm dancing with my boyfriend, I was utterly confused.
I let out a sigh as we waited for our turn. Currently we were watching Mark and Jiyeon's performance, which was full of iness and moves I had done on Weekly Idol. I had to admit, Mark did an amazing job, considering all I've seen him do was flips.
JB suddenly whispered in my ear, "Hey, your eyes are only for me."
I rolled my eyes before hitting him in the arm. Lucky for us, there was no cameras on us since it was only for those performing. So, JB and I freely did skinship, however we had to minimize it for the staff and people backstage.
Once Mark and Jiyeon were finished and were done be judged, I looked at Mark with two thumbs up, "That was great!" Mark and I hi-fived with a laugh as he wished me luck, doing the same with his leader.
JB stood next to me as we waited for our names to be called be Leeteuk and Gain. Once we were called, we went up and bowed respectfully to the judges, one of which who was BoA herself.
Neither of us knew she was here, which only gave us more weight on our shoulders. JB realized I was beginning to get stressed once the lights dimmed down, so he patted my shoulder, "Don't worry."
Don't worry.
But... I'm worrying.
Once our music started, my whole aura changed completely. The pressure was suddenly lifted off my shoulders, and the worry completely faded. I began to enjoy the dance with JB, and every moment made me feel like it wouldn't be the last time I'd dance with him like this.
The song was coming to an end, and just like that, we kissed. However, we didn't kiss the way we promised to. It wasn't a stage kiss.
It was a real one.
And everyone saw that.
JB and I pulled away, realizing what we had just done. We were too into the moment, but neither of us cared. Everyone liked it.
"That was amazing," Junho of 2PM, who was of the judges, said to both of us. "It's as if you guys's chemistry is real! I'm impressed with you, hoobae!"
JB bowed to his sunbae and I did the same as well. However, the only comment I cared about was BoA's.
She smiled at us as the crowd slowly quieted down, "That was amazing. This dance was one of my favorites from my movie, and I'm glad to see someone do a rendition of this. Like Junho said, it was such great chemistry and the ending — just, wow! Good job, you two!"
Both of us bowed to BoA while I had a wide smile plastered on my face.
On that night we had gotten the highest score, making us with the highest amount of money. However, no one talked about the dances; no. People talked about my partner and I.
If JB and I shared actual chemistry or not.

Neitzens commented about how well the show is put together, along with how the moral of the show is an amazing lesson to learn. (Us admins here agree, too!)
What do you think about this show? Will it be a hit or not at all?
