Y.T.T. / ˗ˏˋ THE FINAL STRETCH ˎˊ˗I began to play with my bracelet that Zelo had given me on my birthday. His bracelet is actually the only one I keep on no matter what, even in the shower I would still be wearing it. It's something that I treasured with all my heart since he was in that lawsuit. Now that he's out of it, I didn't want to bother him as much since he might be busy with practicing and a potential comeback with BAP. So, the bracelet gave me the feeling as if he was with me.
Suddenly my phone buzzed. Thinking it was Zelo who texted me to meet with me, I replied with an 'okay' into meeting him at a café near my dorm.
Once I got to the café, I tried looking for Zelo. I made sure I was completely covered from head to toe; a hat and mask to cover most of my face, a pair of joggers and a baggy shirt in order for people not to completely recognize me while I was out. Then someone walked up to me. I pulled my cap lower in order for the shadow to cover my eyes, yet the person who walked up to me was someone who I really didn't expect to meet instead, "Zico."
"I'm glad you decided to meet me," Zico quietly spoke to me in order for the people around us not to recognize his deep voice. All I did was blink. Did I agree to meet Zico instead of Zelo? I pulled out my phone to see if it was really Zico while he guided me towards an empty table by the window.
I really did say yes to meeting Zico.
"I just wanted to ask you something," I looked up at him and that's when I noticed that he wasn't as as fully shielded from potential photographers as I was. He wore a a jacket with bright colors and jeans, while he only covered his face with a mask and fake glasses.
"What is it, Zico," My reply to him sounded like it hurt him, seeing that his eyes seemed to be pained. I was hoping it hurt him, though, since he hurt me not too long ago, practically three years ago.
"Do you want to go out with me again?"
I blinked a second time, "I'm sorry, what?"
Zico repeated himself while I was still processing what was happening, "Do you want to go out with me again?"
I didn't know what to say. I still vaguely remember our short, bittersweet relationship with him. Short because we had only dated for more or less a year; bittersweet because he actually had another girlfriend during the last few days of our relationship. To this day, I never found out who he was 'cheating' on me, and I really don't plan on finding out.
Yet, why me? Why not his most recent girlfriend? I heaved a sigh, trying to think of the nicest way to let him down. I didn't want to be rude to him, but I also didn't love him. My heart belongs to Zelo. I looked at Zico, who was still waiting for an answer, "Why?"
Zico leaned back in his chair, "What do you mean 'why'? I want you."
"But I don't want you. I'm sorry." At that moment, I got up and proceeded to leave the café as quickly as I could.
"HTH time, guys," Gummy began to yell down the hallway, catching everyone's attention. 'HTH' was a shortened version of saying 'Heart To Heart,' which is a usual Saturday thing us girls do. It's a time where we can all discuss about anything and everything that's on our minds and, if possible, we would all help each other overcome them. I was a fan of this idea we came up with, or Gummy came up with. It allowed for all of us to get closer to one another. Even Rie and Yeonyul [somewhat] got closer with one another after we played various mini games.
Once everyone gathered into the living room, Gummy sat beside Rie, which was basically her usual seat during HTH. Gummy looked at all of us, "Okay, who wants to go first?"
Everyone looked at one another, trying to see who would be the brave soul. Being the one with probably the most recent problem of the group, I decided to go first, "So I met my ex a few days ago." The room began to fill with 'ohs' and 'ahs,' which made me chuckle and roll my eyes for a bit. I continued on with my rant, "We went to a coffee shop nearby and don't worry, I was being careful of my surroundings, Geum."
Gummy gave me a thumbs up, "Good." She was always the type to make sure that when we're out in public alone, we'll be careful with our surroundings and cover up as much as possible, even if the weather is smoking hot outside.
I heaved a sigh, "And when we met, he asked if I wanted to get back together with him." A few of the girls gasped and I stared at the small group who did.
"Then what happened," Connie, who was usually not the type to talk, but I guess the amount of time spent with Eight worked wonders on her public speaking abilities.
"I said no. I didn't tell him why, though. Like, you all know why I'd say no, but I just— ah, I don't know." The girls know about my small, or what they see as 'huge,' liking towards Zelo, ever since they've noticed that I haven't taken off the bracelet he gave to me.
"Who was your ex that asked you that," Eight questioned, slinging her arm onto Connie's shoulders while resting her head on her shoulder as well.
"I honestly thought I was going to see Zelo, but I read the name wrong. It was actually Zico."
"You dated Zico," Yeonyul's eyebrows furrowed together, her gaze suddenly changing from the usual happy one to a somewhat anger-filled one. I nodded my head and suddenly her nostrils flared open. Yeonyul looked at the ground, "So you were the one that dated Zico before me."
"Wait," I looked at her with widened eyes, "You're the one that broke me and Zico up?"
"I didn't break you two up. He came to me."
"No. You did not. Zico and I were perfectly fine with each other until you came into the picture."
Yeonyul suddenly stood up and marched in front of me. Both our eyes flared with anger and disgust. I stood up as well to get a good look at the one who ruined my relationship with Zico in the first place. Suddenly, Yeonyul pushed me back down onto the couch, causing our members to get shocked.

According to those who saw her post, clues of it being towards fellow member Yeonyul included the way she typed her message. When you put together the capital letters, they spell out 'YEONYUL' which causes fans and netizens to believe that there is something going on between the two.
This resulted in netizens whispering amongst themselves about whether there were ill feelings among the members of YTT, more so between Joyce and Yeonyul.
As of now, there has been no confirmation as to if Joyce's post was pointed towards Yeonyul or not.
