Minhee and Donghae  were stunned when people started crowding them not long after they got into the supermarket. Even so, the people kept their distance from the idols so as to not disturb the filming. The two idols gave a warm smile to them as they continued shopping.

“Oppa, what do you want to eat?” she asked.

“Hmm...I feel like eating rice today,” Donghae replied as he pulled the still empty shopping cart. “But wait…what did you call me?” he playfully glared at her when he just realized what she just called him.

“Ahh, I keep forgetting,” she sighed and smacked her own head once while Donghae chuckled at her antics. 

“It’s okay. I was just kidding. I won’t push you to call me that,” he said warmly.

“Aww~” she felt kinda touched at his words as she pouted looking at him. “I’ll try to get used to it, okay, jagiya?” she batted her eyelashes at him and slung her arm around his as he was pushing the shopping cart with both of his hands; in which her action melted Donghae at once.

“Arasso,” he said and deep inside, he wished that he wouldn’t faint right there and then.

“By the way, since you said you feel like eating rice, shall we eat jjajangbap (Korean steamed rice with black bean soup)? I’ve been craving for it recently,” Minhee spoke.

“Sounds nice. But do you know how to cook it?” 

“Aye~ Of course! Don’t underestimate me,” she winked at him and Donghae immediately looked away with a wide smile plastering on his lips, too scared his knees would go all weak. He noticed that she was becoming more charming the more he spent time with her.

"Okay, let's buy our ingredients now~" she chirped like a kid who was excited to buy a toy. Donghae giggled in amusement watching her demeanor.

With that, they both started grabbing ingredients they needed to buy and put them into the shopping cart which was pushed by Donghae. After about 30 minutes or so, they were ready to pay for the groceries. After paying at the counter, they headed to the car to get back to their house.

Once they returned home, they directly headed to the kitchen, bringing the groceries they just bought along. They then brought all the ingredients out of the plastic bags.

“Can I help you?” Donghae asked when his wife was ready to cook.

“Sure,” she gave a brief smile and Donghae smiled wider at that.

He always wished that when he got married, he wanted to cook together with his wife and do everything together. And he couldn't be more curious on how it would feel like to cook with her and how she'd look like when she is cooking. She must be very beautiful.

"Shall we wear aprons??" Donghae said as he grabbed two aprons that were hung on some hanger on the wall then walked over to Minhee.

"Oh neh," she responded.

"Here," he helped put the apron's string around her neck as their bodies faced each other. Minhee complied with him and watched as he grabbed another two strings, which were located on both sides of her waist, then tied the strings to the back, around her waist.

How close their bodies were at the time, almost like hugging, made Minhee blush, while Donghae bit his lower lip to prevent a shy smile from curving wider than it already was. He was suppressing his smile until he was done tying the strings and once he pulled away, the smile he had suppressed earlier began to give in after seeing how flush Minhee's cheeks were.

"Uhm..shall I put it on for you too?" Minhee asked, pointing at another apron which had been placed on the kitchen counter.

Rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly, he replied, "Neh."

With that, Minhee grabbed the apron from the counter and shyly put the apron's string around his neck. She couldn't help but blush once she found Donghae stare at her while she was working on the apron and when she was tying another two strings around his waist, she could've sworn she was blushing harder when she felt a pair of arms snaking cheekily around her. She could smell that her husband also was blushing at the time.

She chuckled shyly. "What do you think you're doing?" she said sheepishly, her arms around his body as she was still in the process of tying the strings around his waist.

Donghae only chuckled shyly in response and was about to break the hug when he found Minhee seemed like she didn't want to let him go; her arms still around his body. He had to admit his heart skipped a beat at the moment.

"Wait on. I'm almost done tying this," she said and after a while she pulled away.

Upon hearing that, he couldn't help but feel disappointed a little and that was when an idea to came out from nowhere in his mind.

"I thought you didn't want to let me go," he teased and Minhee, who was still blushing ever since earlier, gave him a light punch on the chest playfully.

After a while teasing and being teased, they started on their cooking session as their stomach started growling. They started by cutting the ingredients which needed to be cut; Minhee was cutting the pork belly into half inches cube and Donghae was cutting a zucchini.

After cutting the zucchini for a while, he stopped and turned to Minhee who was engrossingly cutting the pork belly . He stared at her for a long time before saying, "You look more beautiful when you cook."

Minhee blushed at Donghae's compliment and she blushed even more when she looked up from the pork belly and found Donghae was staring at her.

"What~?" she nudged Donghae's arm sheepishly as she looked down at the pork belly back, still blushing at Donghae's gaze.

Donghae chuckled at his shy wife as he then continued cutting the zucchini back, carefully.

"'You know what, I'm really happy that you're my wife," he stated while his hands were busy cutting the zucchini.

Minhee beamed. "Why?"

"Because..." he paused for a moment, stopped doing whatever he was doing at the time, in a daze - thinking if he should say it or not.

Minhee, who heard a long pause from Donghae, looked at him puzzledly and that was when Donghae slowly turned his head to look at her.

"Because….I love you."

That's it.

Those were the three words that he really wanted to say to her but were very difficult to come out of his mouth and he felt relieved that those words finally slipped off his mouth while
