'In the end, I have to face it alone, on my own.
It will be hard, but it never is easy from the beginning.
Even if the only chance is to drown, I'd still fight against the tide, till I reach the other side.'
"Park Gyuri ssi, how would you explain those pictures of you going on an outdoor date with Ze:a's Siwan?" "Park Gyuri ssi, how long have you been dating Siwan ssi behind your boyfriend's back? Aren't you in a relationship with Super Junior's Eunhyuk?" "Does this mean you're cheating on Eunhyuk ssi?" "What about the marriage proposal? Is this why you rejected the proposal?" "Park Gyuri ssi, please explain the situation." "Do you come here to break up with Eunhyuk ssi?" "Wow. The medias sure are harsh on her. Poor Gyuri noona." "D...Dongjun-ah...." Dongjun gave a puzzled look at his leader who had turned white. "Did.....didn't the reporters mentioned Siwan....?" Dongjun's mouth gaped open as they both stared at the television box, and saw glimpses of Siwan's pictures flashing by as the news anchor finished her brief report on the latest entertainment scandal. "What? What happened with Siwan hyung?" Minwoo stopped practicing with his other members and joined the two watching television. "He wanted to date too. Just let him." Everyone looked at Kevin like he had just committed a crime, but the truth is, they all believed the same, but amazed at how easily he could speak out their forbidden desire aloud. "Children....we're here~!!" Kwanghee made his grand entrance, with Siwan following behind in heavy steps, just like any normal days. "Ommo, why do you guys look at us like we're ghost? I look alright didn't I?" Everyone ignored Kwanghee as he took out a hand mirror. "Siwan hyung, I think we need to talk." --------------------- Somehow she made it on her own, without having to turn herself into a damsel in distress. Gyuri made her way through the crowd or reporters with a forced smile and did not utter a single answer. She had learned how to handle such a scandal after all these years and experiences. Maybe it was her luck to find a taxi dropping off an early morning visitor at the hospital. "Where to?" Gyuri found left half open, unable to suggest a place for her to go. She didn't want to get scolded by the managers and her President again. Nor did she think she could go home safely. Avoiding is not an available option now that things had gotten so bad. Everything needed to stop. She couldn't even breathe anymore. It felt like with every single second, a new scandal erupts concerning herself and only herself. Never did she had a vision that this kind of situation could ever mar her life. She's sick of it. "Just....drive first..." She hesitantly said and bit her lower lip, before rummaging her handbag, and took out a namecard. "Go to this address." She handed the card to the driver from her seat in the back. He drove off without a single word or question, to her relief. ------------------------ "Ee.....teuk op...pa?" Jiyoung stuttered as she peered around the room. The sun was already up, yet she was still sleeping. That would never happen when Gyuri is around. Even when she had no schedule like today, Gyuri would nag at her to wake up and go to school. Today she woke up a little late. In fact, she could've slept longer, but thanks to the phone call, she was up now. But why would the most unexpected person give her a call, this early morning, isn't something she could guess. "Jiyoung-ah....is Gyuri there with you?" "G...Gyuri unnie. No, unnie is at her family home. Why?" "Ahh....really?....hmm, okay." "Eeteuk oppa, did something happen?" "Nothing much to be worried about. Did you watch the morning news by the way?" She noticed the restraining in his voice. "No..... Tell me, Eeteuk oppa. Even if you won't, I'll still find it out anyway. So please just tell me the whole thing." She knew she had to threaten him a bit. He always looked a
