'Life is pretty much....a music video. So much emotions, so many dramas, so short. Will our relationships begin, lasts and end like music videos too?' "Are you sure you want to accept the request, Hyukjae? Because something looks fishy to me." "Yes, hyung. I want to do it. It'd be a good publicity for Super Junior as well." He gave the textbook-standard answer that he had memorized by heart after all the years of being an idol. The manager rolled his eyes. "Well, you talked as if Super Junior need anymore publicity. Do you think such a cheap MV production like this would get you anymore popular than you already are?" He remained silent for awhile before answering the elder man. "No, hyung." "Then...is it because of that girl again? Park Gyuri?" He didn't give any answer, which is already an answer to everyone who knew him well. "I thought so. They already know you and Park Gyuri are a couple, so they wanted to freeload..sheesh....these kind of people..I can't even..." Normally he would argue with the manager who kept opposing them from any form of friendly gestures towards other juniors from less popular management agencies, but today his mind was too occupied by that one name who boldly called SM Entertainment and requested to talk personally to him to present his request - Siwan. He wanted to believe what he heard, had he not receive a call from Jiyoung earlier. Even if she didn't say it out straightforwardly and only asked for his understanding on Gyuri going out with that kid, her words did imply one thing - that it has nothing to do with an MV shooting whatsoever. Or not as far as she's aware of. And Gyuri did told him many times that Jiyoung is the closest dongsaeng she had where she could confide anything. "Or you know.....they might be dating and wanting to use you to cover up the act. After all, you two already broke up in reality, right?" He looked up. The man already said out the thing he's most afraid of, or rather, the thought that had been lingering in his own mind. "Hyung, I've already agreed. I'm going to participate in their MV whether you like it or not. President didn't say anything against it." He slammed the door shut behind him. The truth is, SM Entertainment's President didn't oppose to the idea because they were planning to insert his radio proposal to her earlier as an early gimmick so-called geared for this MV participation. It was the best thing for every party, who could say no to the suggestion? -------------------- It was finally the day of MV Shooting for Ze:a's new song, in fact, it was just one day after her latest rumour broke. They had to rush with the production to cover up the scandals as soon as possible, but the truth is, nobody on the set even knew the title of the song, not even the singers. Nobody need to know. It was just a damage control measure. A song was issued immediately from the company's resident composers, they just needed a random song to be made into a music video. It would be a hit anyway, with such famous actors in it. Everyone was busy with their own parts. Gyuri had arrived and was busy being briefed about the shooting, as the script only came out this morning. "Okay so basically here's the plot for the first part of the song, you will act as a woman who waited for her lover at a deserted cafe in the rain, but he's a famous entertainer and didn't fulfill his promise to meet you, and you decided to take on revenge on him by going out on a date with a waiter at the cafe..." Everything sounded too damn familiar in her ears. Wasn't it....her own story? Something from the reality? "But it wasn't a revenge!" Without realizing she had blurt it out. The director and several people surrounding him looked at her in surprise. "Sorry." She bowed. "I guess I got carried away by the role." She blushed, knowing it was a silly excuse, but she also knew nobody would dare to question it, not in front of her. 'Is he behind this? This couldn't be merely coincidence alright.' "Excuse me..." She reached towards the director's assistant, an average looking lady who looked the friendliest of the bunch of people, "Who's acting as..the...umm, male characters?" "The Director noted here that from ZE:A it will be Im Siwan ssi." 'Silly.' She thought to herself. 'Of course it had to be him. The whole point of this production is to eliminate the rumours. But....what does she mean from ZE:A? They have so many guys in the group, do they need to hire another actor?' "And what about the...." B
