Victoria woke up the next day after the surgery. Kyu Hyun pressed on the bell to call the doctor. He waited outside the ward as the doctor checked on Victoria. Lee Teuk and Chang Min arrived as soon as they received Kyu Hyun’s phone call. The doctor came out from the ward and told them that Victoria is recovering but her emotion is unstable. Kyu Hyun walked into the ward and sat down beside the bed.

“The baby…” Victoria tried to control her emotion but as she thought about her unborn child, she cried.

Kyu Hyun didn’t say anything but hugged her and patted on her back to comfort her. Lee Teuk and Chang Min who were standing outside the ward heard Victoria’s cries. Their eyes turned red as they listened to her cries. They spent the whole night at the police station to file a report and waited for the result. From the surveillance video being played by the police officer, they are sure that the driver knocked Victoria down intentionally but they couldn’t think about the reason. Who is that cold-hearted to try to kill someone’s life? For now, they could only wait for the police to find out the drier.

Victoria didn’t know how long she cried. She fell asleep again after crying for a long time. Kyu Hyun covered the blanket on her body and watched her slept. He walked out from the ward when he saw his parents standing outside the ward with Lee Teuk.

“How is Victoria?” Kim Ha Na asked Kyu Hyun.

“She fell asleep a while ago,” Kyu Hyun replied.

“Her parents will come to Seoul tomorrow,” Lee Teuk told Kyu Hyun.

“Hyung, help me fetch them from the airport,” Kyu Hyun said.

“Araso,” Lee Teuk responded.

“Have you eaten?” Cho Young Hwan asked Kyu Hyun.

“No,” Kyu Hyun shook his head.

“Go to the cafeteria with Lee Teuk. We’ll look after Victoria,” Cho Young Hwan told Kyu Hyun.

Though Kyu Hyun wanted to stay with Victoria, Lee Teuk dragged him to the cafeteria and ordered lunch sets for both of them.

“I know you’re worried about Victoria. But if you don’t take good care of yourself, who is going to look after Victoria?” Lee Teuk questioned Kyu Hyun.

“Have the police found the driver?” Kyu Hyun asked.

“No,” Lee Teuk shook his head.

“I want to meet the driver once they found him,” Kyu Hyun told Lee Teuk.

“Why?” Lee Teuk asked.

“I want to ask him why,” Kyu Hyun tried to be calm but his tone is filled with anger.

Kyu Hyun and Lee Teuk went back to the ward after having their lunch. Chang Min was talking with Krystal outside the ward. Kyu Hyun greeted both of them and went into the ward. Victoria woke up by evening. She looked around the ward and met Kyu Hyun’s eyes.

“Kyu Hyun…” Victoria is a strong woman and seldom cried. But today this is already the second time she wanted to cry.

“Don’t cry anymore,” Kyu Hyun caressed her face and kissed on her lips. “We can still have another baby when you recovered.”

Victoria couldn’t help but cry again after hearing Kyu Hyun’s words. It is their first baby and it brought them closer to each other. But now she had to say goodbye to the baby. 

A/N: I'm planning to write a new fanfic starring Ok Taec Yeon and Wu Ying Jie (aka Gui Gui). They joined We Got Married Global in 2013 and they are one of my favourite WGM couple. What is your opinion? I will still write KyuToria fanfic but I just wanted to try something new. Besides Taec Yeon and Gui Gui, my other couple option is Si Won and Liu Wen. Both of them are paired up as a couple in the China version of We Got Married. I just think that they are really a good match and decided to write a story for them.
