In the morning, I awoke to the sound of soft breaths beside me. My mind drifted to the events of last night as I rolled onto my side to stare at the man beside me. I couldn’t help but flush at the thought of the things we did to one another. Sehun laid beside me in such a deep sleep his face depicted true serenity. I groaned to myself as I slipped out of the bed and began to put my clothes back on, feeling a bit disappointed in myself. I grabbed the note I had wrote the night before and placed on the bedside table trying not to look back.

“I will come back for you,” I whispered before quickly exiting the room.

First, I want to start off by saying you are the best thing that ever happened to me. My life had no meaning, no purpose, without you. Our start was wrong and unhealthy, but I am grateful for it. Before I was alive, but I did not begin to truly live until you found me. My life before was a sad waste of human life that I was ready to give up more and more each passing day. With you now in my life there is nothing I was to do more than live for us. Which is why I must leave you for the time being. I cannot sit and idly watch as you risk your life for me. I am a danger to myself and I can live with that but the thought of losing you to my own weak demeanor is something I cannot risk. I promise we will meet again in this life.
