Decision
At Time's Like These (I'm Glad I Have You.)Yongguk had to make a huge decision and it was a tough one; a really tough one. He stared down at his laptop screen, his father's email glaring at him. The man wanted Yongguk to run over the branch in Busan – and that was about six hours away from Seoul by train. He wouldn't see Junhong everyday, maybe not even every week. And if Yongguk didn't take this offer, his father would probably cut off his money intake. Yongguk could get a job, he finished college and would be able to get a decent job at least. And He could still live here with Junhong and Mrs. Choi. But his father would be disappointed.
… He didn't know what to do. Biting his bottom lip he glanced over to where Junhong was doing his homework, brow frowned in concentration and fingers typing away on his own laptop. Yongguk thought about if he were to leave, Junhong would no doubt be devastated. The other hated when he left for a week, and no doubt he'd be upset if he were to leave like this. He spent a good part of his life with Junhong and he really wasn't ready to let go of that.
Of Junhong – he doubts he ever will really.
/ Dad, I can't take you up on that offer, I'm sorry./
… In the end, it actually wasn't a tough decision.
He already knew the answer.
