Awkward Questions
At Time's Like These (I'm Glad I Have You.)“Yonggukie hyung?”
Yongguk glanced over toward the boy.
“Yes Junhong?”
“What's a ?”
Yongguk literally choked on his drink and glanced down at the ten year old. “...did you seriously just – why would you even want to know?” he asked, his mind scrambled to figure out how Junhong even heard the word; the only other person who could have told him was –
Junhong shrugged, “Himchannie hyung said his boyfriend got a new one over the phone – “
-- Of course. Yongguk pinched the bridge of his nose, already feeling a headache coming on.
“Himchan's an idiot.”
He wondered why he let Himchan talk him into taking his shift to babysit the neighbors kid. Yongguk was 16 – he could think of at least twenty things he'd rather be doing then telling a kid what a ing was.
A sigh escaped his lips and he crowned down so he was eye level to the ten year old brunet. Junhong looked at him curiously and Yongguk bit his lip.
“It's a toy that big kids use when they are... doing big kid things.”
“So I can't have one.”
“Not for another six years – and really don't tell your parents about it because that would be bad.” he muttered. Junhong nodded, and Yongguk was glad that he had some sort of ' kid crush ' on him because he always listened to Yongguk.
“Alright hyung!” the younger chirped, before he swiftly turned and went back to the video game he'd been playing.
Yongguk sighed and stood up straight again.
He was going to kill Himchan.
