Jihoon had tried very hard not to wake the sleeping man, knowing how exhausting the day’s work had been, and enjoying the warmth pressed up against him and glad that he apparently made such a comfortable pillow—but they were quickly approaching their bus stop, and he wouldn’t have any choice unless they wanted to ride all the way around the hour-long loop it took (which he would definitely do if it meant not having to wake the sleeping beauty from his well-deserved slumber).

He didn’t have to wake him, though, as Taeil was so used to taking that route that his internal timer woke him up just as they reached the stop and the bus pulled over to the curb to let them out, the pair stumbling from the vehicle due to the way Taeil clung to the taller man’s arm, eyes barely managing to stay open for the short trip to the sidewalk.

Jihoon quickly looped an arm around him, helping him over to the little bench and setting him down before crouching down with his back to him, “Come on, hyung,” He murmured softly, “I’ll carry you back.”
