Another Shot“Fierce as usual I see”, Kris said, walking towards her with his hands in his pockets.
“Was that payback for last time?”, she wanted to know.
“No. Was it?”
“Well you lost the last bet. You hate losing. But I didn't know you would hate it that much to get me killed.”
“Hm.. You seemed to be in control of the situation and it was better you told him that the sword was fake or else I would have to do that. I would hate losing an important contact.”
“And I only took up that appointment because you were my contact.”

“The next time you want to pay your dues just pay for fancy food or I will have to look for other business contacts”, she smirked.
