Geun Suk was still devastated with what happened but at least he was happy to continue friendship with Shin Hye. As for him and Minho, they are just civil with each other specially now that he is working on one big project and after this, he will be resigning soon.

Minho knocked on Geun Suk’s office “ Do you have a minute? I intend to discuss something” he said. “Ok, come in “ said Geun Suk, now really formal.

He was discussing everything with Geun Suk when he broke into laughter. Minho was pissed and said “Care to tell me what’s funny?” he exclaimed. “Us, our situation. I can’t help but laugh at us. And look at us being too formal. This  man. I never imagined that we will be like this “ he was still laughing and then he became serious “ Shin Hye told me everything and I know she told you as well. You were in the café yesterday. I didn’t saw you but I can feel your presence. I know you too well. That’s why we can’t be mad at each other for too long. It’s either we totally end everything now and we continue to be friends. We can never be civil to each other. It’s way too awkward. “ he said

“ Yeah, you’re right. So what’s your decision? I am ok to both” and then he was waiting for his reply. “ Let’s continue to be friends. We’re old now, let’s just move on. But I have some request which Shin Hye agreed to do. Did she tell you that “ he said “ No, what is it” Minho asked.

“Well, I told her that I will when I call or text her, she has to answer back. When I invite her for dinner, she has to come and when I hang around with her, she will agree” Geun Suk said.

“And what did she said?” Minho asked. “ I bet she said no “ he challenged Geun Suk. “ She said Yes and agreed to do that “ said Geun Suk and smiled. “ She did that? I cannot believe that girl” almost cursing under his breath “ Yah, but there’s one condition to that “ Geun Suk said. “And what it is?” asked Minho “ No strings attached “ Geun Suk said.

“ Did it ever occurred to you that there will be a day that we will fight over a girl? And how come you didn’t tell me about her when we were in college? You kept her in hiding “ asked Geun Suk . “This is the reason why I didn’t told you about her nor introduced you to her. I know you’ll like her. I know you and your type” said Minho.

Then Minho became serious “ I’m sorry, it wasn’t intentional but I am sorry. Both of us. I am happy we can talk again like this. I missed my best friend “ said Minho  “Hey, this is too awkward already. Stop that Minho “ said Geun Suk and they started to laugh. “ Enough with that, let’s go back to work “. We will be meeting with Chairman Yoo tomorrow afternoon and hopefully, if everything turns out well, this is the big deal.

Minho left Geun Suk’s office and he was left alone. Despite what happened, Geun Suk felt happiness in his heart. He lost a girl friend but he won back his girl best friend and boy best friend. It’s enough for a start.
