Something Like, Bubblegum

Something was delicately vulnerable with Kyungsoo that makes everything that had happened between him and Jongin look like it was from a different person. Well, Kyungsoo's sure it wasn't Jongin who's different in those moments, but it was himself. Yesterday he was with him, laughing and casually talking about Physics and he was actually teaching Jongin some English words. Though as he woke up today, it was like all like a horror movie to him. Yes, the shiver he got from recalling all of it.

He even wondered how he cursed so much all through out the chapters of this story, which was actually kind of weird because he never cursed before college. But maybe the author has flaws and faults that he didn't know that the most fragile between the three was actually Kyungsoo. He is strong, bold and fearless, yet he still have a flower inside him that makes him slightly modest and anxious about everything; hidden throughout although worse than Luhan's.

But Kyungsoo is obviously the type of person that could change, not with just vocabularies and such, but specifically by the way he feels. He must admit that he is really kneeling down on the rough ground for Jongin, and by the measurement that he really love the other, he just can't keep calm when he's with him. The feeling he gets around his tall, dark and handsome companion is just exactly like mashed-up keyboard keys.

"Kyungsoo? Are you alright?" Jongin asks, leaning his face as close as how the bright moonlight touches the street; the slow-fast romance of the taxi cab's velocity ends up like a ship sailing on a storm as it unlikely got matched with the driver's tobacco smell on literally everything. "You look sick. Let's go home if you can't do it."

"I-I'm fine, Jongin. I just feel really, really different."

Jongin wonders, and by the time they got out the cab, he immediately threw Kyungsoo questions. "Why different?"

"I don't know." Kyungsoo stops, letting go a degree for him to slam at the nearest wall. "I feel—I feel like I'm going to vomit or something."

"Hyung." Jongin quickly attended his need. "I think I forced you to go to the movies today. You should have told me you were sick. It will be okay if we just stayed in your dorm. I'd take care of y—"

"Jongin, stop..." Kyungsoo props his hand at Jongin's shoulder, pushing it with his tiny strength. "Stop right there."

Jongin stops, and removes his hands from the other. He feels that Kyungsoo was in the midst of heating up. He didn't know. He never seen him like this before.

"Let's go." Kyungsoo states as he recovers a little, albeit he had an unexplainable expression in his face. "Let's go to the movies."

"Are you sure you're okay?"

"I'm okay, okay? I think I just got dizzy with that short yet deadly cab ride."

And they continued to go instead of taking Kyungsoo back home. Jongin wants to obey his friend's decision than to make things worst, because he feels like Kyungsoo is in to something that's unstable; like women on the middle of their periods.

But as they reached the theater, Kyungsoo got that certain glow back on his face, like he usually look like. He looks happy as he roams his head around the lights inside the building, touching LED screens and even asking Jongin to have a picture together in a photo booth. Which was weird, where Kyungsoo could have pulled him in; but that doesn't really matter.

"What should we watch?" Jongin asks as he returned from the snack bar, handling plenty of Kyungsoo's choice of tacos, popcorns and soda.

"I don't know. Your choice."

As little as a black dot that's inside of him, Jongin started to feel a little impatient by the subtle change that Kyungsoo is having today. "Well." Jongin sighs. "The Amazing Spiderman 3."

Kyungsoo nods and wobbles to the showroom as they got their tickets. Grabbing the best spot since they weren't much people on the cinema tonight, they quickly found comfort on their seat, giggling at each other and sharing popcorn and filled-up taco shells.

"I wish we had this in 3D." Kyungsoo argued.

Jongin, who was taken aback by what he just heard; feeling irritated. "But you do know that 3D cinemas closes at eight. It's ten o'clock now, Kyungsoo." Carelessly punching out those words did the same to Kyungsoo, who looked at him and glared.

"Excuse me? Are you angry at me?"

"I'm not angry. Ask yourself instead."

"What!?"

"You've been really weird a couple of minutes ago, hyung. It's heating me up."

"I'm practically normal." Kyungsoo exaggerates, standing up from his read seat.

"No, hyung." Jongin followed his move, dragging Kyungsoo closer as he pulls him by the wrist. "You're literally cold. Not that you're just sick of the cab, but you sound like you're also sick of me. Aren't you?"

"Jongin, I—I am not." Kyungsoo loses the ability to retaliate, slowly sinking down back to his seat. He looked down to his legs; pieces by pieces, he's slowly realizing his fault.

"Kyungsoo hyung. I'm asking you."

"I—"

"Kyungsoo hyung."

"Jongin!" Kyungsoo shouted, though Jongin pulled him quickly and buried the other to his chest. It wasn't a long realization that he started feeling warmth seeping through his skin; warm tears where they.

"Kyungsoo. I'm sorry, stop crying."

"I—No, I'm the one who's sorry." Kyungsoo muddled through Jongin's pale blue sweater, grabbing in to it hard as it wrinkles. "I just can't contain myself when I'm with you. And I feel different... The feeling is different from before. I never felt this way. I never felt this way that's why I am worried that I have changed. I wanted to stay as I was before, but when you're near I feel really funny, weird; things happen that I couldn't explain. I'm scared, Jongin."

"I'm sorry, hyung. I never wanted that to happen." Jongin embraces Kyungsoo, tearing up because of what he have heard.

"No." Kyungsoo wipes up, gets back to his posture and faces Jongin. "I'm scared that I might l—"

The projection suddenly flashed, and the number of people that can be counted anticipated for the starting movie. There were sounds, and there were digital movements. Far from us from revealing what Kyungsoo might have dropped, it was between them and that was enough. After all the drama they had, they went back to a good sit on their read seats, and watched the movie together. Happy and smiling, enjoying and complimenting Emma Stone throughout the entire movie of how pretty she is, and obviously complaining how the ending went bad but good enough to wait for Mary Jane.

"Bye, hyung. Have a sound sleep." Jongin bades goodbye and walks back to their dorm, Kyungsoo watching him before he gets in at the room not far from his sight. Baekhyun the suddenly popped out and looked alternatively at the two.

"Jongin has the second best after me." Baekhyun suddenly whispered, wherein Kyungsoo realizes that he unconsciously had his eyes on Jongin's behind.

"Hey!" Kyungsoo snaps off and pushed Baekhyun inside their dorm.

"So what's the name of the hotel?"

"Shut up, Baekhyun. We watched a movie."

"Theater ? Oh god."

"Please, Baekhyun. I need to rest."

"See? You're tired."

"Goodness—wait, where's Luhan?" Kyungsoo asks as he saw no one on Luhan's bed, and it was already past twelve.

"He's outside. Peek out the window." Baekhyun directs and crosses his arms.

Kyungsoo peeks out and immediately got shocked of what he saw. "Is that Kris!?" Kyungsoo faces Baekhyun and shouted at him. "You let this happen!?"

"Calm down. The guy came here to apologize and have a talk with our baby boy. I was the one who asked for them to talk where I can see them so I would know if something would happen. Don't conclude me as a stupid person. I know some tactics for this kind of situation; operation reconciliation."

Kyungsoo sighs and throws himself in his bed, but he couldn't sleep. He was still worried about Luhan. "How long have they been there?"

"More than an hour."

"I should go."

"Okay, your choice."

Kyungsoo picks up his jacket and walks out of their dorm, heading to the gardens where Luhan and Kris where.

A/N: Time to correct my mistakes again. HAHAHA. I would be doing more of this because I want to change the way the story goes. And I am thinking of the most effective way of turning it all around. Through drama lol. Sorry for the late update. I was sick and I only had a little time to use the computer the past few days. Have a great day! Let's reach more views, upvotes and subscribes. This story is about to end in 10 more chapters or so on. XD
