Setting: Commodore Club

“Hi” Dara smiled sweetly to the guy wearing long white sleeves. The guy didn’t say anything. He still has this little surprised face. He gave her a lopsided smile and walks to her direction.

He then stood in front of her counter and said “Good morning” in curious manner.

“May I have coffee?” she smiled sweetly.

“huh?” the guy’s eyes widened. His mouth fell open.

“Coffee” she repeated “I would like a hot coffee please” Dara looked at the guy and he still looked at her bewildered. And then she realized… “Oh, I’m sorry. I know it’s a bar and it’s early in the morning. You probably don’t expect any guests in here but you see...” She signalled the guy to come closer to her and motioned that she will whisper something to him.

The guy awkwardly went closer to her and put his ear closer to her face. Dara can smell his perfume and she thought “not only is he handsome, he also smells so nice. Omg, Dara stop swooning for him!” She composed herself and whispered to him “ I’m hiding from an old lady who kept on bugging me to accompany her the whole trip. She wants me to play Mahjong with her friends today so I need someplace to hide. This is the perfect place to be since no one comes around here in the morning”. Dara afterwards sat straight and the guy move his face away.

“Oh I see..” He stood straight and looked at her seriously for a moment. And then he smirked.
