Chapter 12
Healing His Smile
Luhan excitedly got ready to hang out with Xiumin. Its been about three days since Xiumin first
smiled, and was able to accept Luhan, or at least he thought Xiumin accepted him as a friend. He
wasn't 100% sure. Luhan made sure he brought his camera with him, he finally was able to make
good memories after a while.

"Xiuminnie!" Luhan yells from afar, waving his little hands back and forth. Luhan watches as
a small smile crept upon Xiumin's lips. Luhan smiles back widely. Seeing Xiumin smile made
Luhan feel a bit relieved about today.
Luhan jogs over and quickly sits down next to Xiumin. He turns to face Xiumin and smiles. Xiumin
paused for a few seconds, but gave a small warm smile back.
"Ah! Its so nice!" Luhan says stretching his arms out into the air. "I'm so glad!" Luhan says looking towards
Xiumin, "I'm glad, that i'm here with you. That you can smile with me," Luhan says feeling a bit shy after
he realized what he said.
Xiumin turns towards Luhan, there was no longer any hate, nor did he feel like he had to neglect him.
Xiumin could feel that smile appearing on his face again. It came so often when he saw Luhan, that at
times he forgot all about the tragic future, but what pained him even more was wanting to have a future
with Luhan.
Luhan watches as Xiumin gets lost in his own thoughts. For some reason seeing Xiumin like this made
his heart skip a beat or two. To be honest he's never felt this way before, so he couldn't tell what he was
feeling.
Suddenly Xiumin turns to Luhan, surprising Luhan. "So, what are we going to do today," Xiumin says
softly looking into Luhan eyes.
Luhan lost himself in Xiumin's eyes, not realizing what Xiumin had just said, not even realizing what he
was even doing. What was that he felt, it felt as if his was heart was doing flips. Suddenly realizing what
he was doing, he quickly retains himself. "Er, yeah. What was it you said," Luhan says scratching the back
of his head embarrassed.
Xiumin winks his eyes a few times a bit confused before repeating what he just said. "What are.....we
going to do," He says clearing his throat.
Luhan quickly picks up his camera hanging from his neck and points it towards Xiumin, "this," Luhan says
quickly.
Xiumin's eyes widen, then he quickly hides his face. "I'm not the picture type," Xiumin says softly under
his hands.
Luhan giggles, and pats Xiumin on the shoulder, "its okay, you don't have to, but do you want to try it
out?" Luhan says raising his eyebrows .
Xiumin's eyes brighten, "Can..I?!" he says a bit curious.
Luhan nods, then carefully hands over his camera to Xiumin. Luhan scoots a bit closer towards Xiumin
to help him show how the camera works. Luhan points to a big gray button on the top right of the camera,
''Thats the power button, and over here is the night button," Luhan says pointing to a smaller button on the
side of the camera, "But, we don't need to use that button. At least i've never used it," Luhan says, referring
to the fact he's scared of the dark. Xiumin lifts his eyes, pointing to a part of the camera, that he was a bit
confused by. Luhan nods, "thats the lens, if you take the cap off, you will be able to see everything clearly
through it," Luhan says smiling.
Xiumin nods understanding everything, then stands up from where he was sitting. Xiumin points the camera
towards the sky and begins to take pictures of the clouds, that happen to be out that day. "wow" Xiumin says
softly to himself as he was taking pictures. Everything was so different through a camera. Everything became
much smaller, but in a beautiful way. Everything was so clear, and bright.
Luhan watches as Xiumin takes a few pictures. He looks so happy, Luhan thought to himself. Luhan felt so
happy himself knowing that Xiumin was able too be happy around him. He felt as if a huge weight was
lifted off his chest at that moment. All his effort didn't go to waste, but instead ended him up with a new
friend.
Luhan smiles to himself then walks over to Xiumin. Luhan pats Xiumin on the back causing Xiumin to
quickly turn around, with the camera still up in his hands. Luhan smiles and puts his hand up to his cheek
giving the peace sign. It took a few seconds for Xiumin to get it, but then he quickly took a picture.
Luhan gestures Xiumin to look over to the left. Xiumin looks over to see a few blossom trees, they were in
full bloom and they look beautiful. Xiumin quickly brings the camera back up facing the the blossom trees
and snaps a few more pictures.
Luhan smiles to himself, then quickly jogs over to the trees and poses in front of them. "Now take some
more pictures," Luhan says giggling. Xiumin nods, as a slight smile appears across his face. Xiumin
continues to take more pictures.

After a while they both settled down and to take a small break. Luhan actually brought a few snacks.
He obviously bought them, he doesn't want to poison Xiumin already.
Luhan pulls out a small bag with a few candies, and some crackers inside. Luhan took a candy and places
it into his mouth. It tasted amazing, just like strawberries. Luhan looks to Xiumin, to see Xiumin with widened
eyes. Thats right, Xiumin seemed to love sweets, at least from what happened last time when they were
going to the city event. Luhan smiles and hands the bag over to Xiumin. Xiumin quickly takes the bag into
his grasp. He rummages around in the bag for a few seconds, then pulls out a candy. He looks at the candy
and scowls at it.
Luhan giggles, It must be his least favorite flavor again, he thinks.
Xiumin quickly throws the candy back into the bag, and continues to rummage through the bag. After a
few more seconds he finally finds the candy he likes. He quickly unwraps the candy and then places it
into his mouth. Xiumin glances over to Luhan, "Thanks...for today," he says softly.
Luhan looks up surprised, "No problem," he says happily, without knowing blushing a bit.
Suddenly Luhan's phone rings. Luhan quickly takes out his phone, "Hold on," Luhan says before
answering, then answers.
"Hello,"
"Luhan, its me Sehun,"
"Yeah, I know. Whats up?"
"Well, I've been thinking for a while, and I decided that i'm coming to visit for a few days."
Luhan's eyes widen, a bit happy, but more surprised, "really! When?!"
"In about 2 days,"
Luhan nods slowly to himself, "Sounds good, see you soon"

"Who...What was that," Xiumin says softly, a bit confused.
Luhan looks over to Xiumin, "My friends coming to visit."
~
~A few hours latter~
"Come on. Don't be shy, just do it" Luhan says pushing Xiumin towards the blossom tree.
"But...I don't like taking pictures," Xiumin says embarrassed.
"Fine, I wont take a picture, but just go over there for a seconded," Luhan says secretly smirking.
Xiumin squints his eyes a bit unsure, but slowly walks over to the tree. He stands right under a few of
the blossoms. He looks to his left to see a few blossoms hanging down. Xiumin moves the blossoms a
bit out of the way, but they end up falling back into place, making Luhan giggle a bit. Xiumin looks over
to Luhan and smiles a bit at his action. Luhan quickly picks up his camera and snaps a picture.

For the next two day Luhan and Xiumin spent almost every hour together. Soon enough they found
themselves spending to much time together, but the time they spent together they were happy.
What would happen when Sehun comes to visit?
A/N: ahhhhh i need to go to bed!! sorry if its a bit.......meh. IDK why the layout? of the sentences are coming out like that...urgh. hope it doesn't bother you.
Q: I also wanted to ask but if i were to make another story () what parring whould you like to see? (Just curious, don't think i will be making another story anytime soon)
