“Good morning, doctor”
“Good morning, miss”
She sighed at the formal greeting. “Doctor, it’s Suzy” He nodded with a yawn in response. “You didn’t get that much sleep last night?” she asked
"I couldn’t” He watched as another wide grin appeared on her face. She moved closer to him, he was almost afraid.
“Why? Couldn’t sleep because you kept thinking about me in a swimming suit?”
He immediately broke in a fit of laughter. Her eyes widened a bit. It was the first time to hear him laugh.
He tried to hush his when he noticed how loud he got. It was the first time he let out a genuine laugh in a very long time, and the building up exaggerated it. She noticed he had tears in his eyes. “I thought you didn’t notice me staring” he told her.

As soon as he had his break, he rushed to meet Suzy at the garden. She was reading a book under the shade of an old tree. “See doctor? I told you it looks good on you” she remarked. She stood up to walk over to him, then continued to a short stroll with him following.
“Should we go to the bench?” he suggested. “You’ll get tired”
“No. I’m feeling stuffed, can’t we just walk?”
He nodded. It was a while of small chatter later that he asked her to sit again. She pouted at the firmness and asked him for a bit more ti
