Chaerin met Jiyong when she was ten. The thirteen year old heir to the Kwon Enterprise was spoilt and use to getting everything he wanted. One thing he wanted was Chaerin.

What started as something harmless became something dangerous as the two aged.

At the age of nineteen, Jiyong committed a crime.

At the age of sixteen, Chaerin went missing.

She was labeled as a runaway.

Her family looked high and low for her. No one suspected Jiyong.

For six months, Chaerin was his prisoner in a cabin in the woods.

During a weekly visit to check on her, a cop who had been patrolling the area, noticed Jiyong. Having a gut feeling, he followed the young man, keeping a low profile.

When he saw Jiyong taking to a young girl, he realized he had found the missing Chaerin. He called for back up. They arrived within fifteen minutes. 

They pulled a screaming Jiyong out of the cabin, handcuffing him.

Chaerin was safely led out and Jiyong called out to her. She spared him no glance and he cried as he was shoved into a squad car.

Chaerin was safe.

Two months later, Jiyong was sentenced with kidnapping. He was taken to prison, while Chaerin's family packed and left for the states.

Six years have passed.
