The incident in the supermarket kept Jiyeon up at night. She sighed deeply and stared at the dark ceiling before she shifted into a sitting position. Her bare feet touched the cold marble floor as she picked up the phone beside her bed and dialled a number.  It rang a few times before a familiar voice answer. "Hello?" That voice said in a casual tone. Jiyeon was silent, her breath gone as she was unable to speak another word. She felt foolish now that she had actually done it. "Park Jiyeon...is that you?" She took on a deep breath before answering. "Mmm", her voice came out dry and scratchy. "You couldn't sleep again?" "No”, she answered quickly. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have called—” "No, don't worry about it”, L told her as he chuckled softly. "You're lucky I wasn’t sleeping yet. "I’m sorry I’ve been hurting your feelings lately…” “Can you come over so that we can clear this mess out?”     Jiyeon let her forehead rest against the cool glass of the window, looking out over the neighbourhood that was surrounding her area. The chilly night went undisturbed, not even a a car was passing through. Somehow, this disturbed Jiyeon more than it comforted her. When Jiyeon thought about how L and Suzy had become close once again, it pained her slightly. She wasn’t supposed to be jealous but she couldn’t help it. Jiyeon thought after their break-up,  they weren’t in talking terms.  But now it seems that they are.  She supposed this was a good thing, but she was still unnerved at the thought of it.
