"Has anybody ever told you how awkward you are?" His eyes flicked away from his open bottle of beer as he faced Jiyeon. L sneered, purposefully raising an eyebrow that she doesn't see anyway because she was busy looking down at her fingers. “Huh?”, she looked up in confusion. L tried to keep the amused smirk off his face, but the sight of Jiyeon with her clueless expression makes the corners of his lips twitch. “Because you're really, really awkward. And you're horrible at taking hints too. Not to mention, you have terrible people skills”, L continued as Jiyeon frowned. “Are you drunk already?” “Nopes. Perfectly sober”, he answered right away. “Why are you talking riddles with me? I don’t get you”, she scratched her head, trying to absorb what he was saying. L just shook his head as he drank from the bottle. "You're annoying”, Jiyeon blurted. He rolled his eyes at her. "It’s obvious Kris was trying to patch things up with you. Aren’t you going to consider?” Jiyeon got taken aback by his question. Since when was he concerned about her personal life? “I don’t know. He’s good and everything but, I don’t think I deserve a guy like him. He’s too perf—“, Jiyeon almost slipped it out. “Crap! He almost made me say Kris was perfect!”, Jiyeon scolded herself. “Too what?”, he urged her to continue. “Nothing”, Jiyeon sighed as she got up from her seat. “I guess I better get going. Why must time pass by so fast?”, Sungjong whined as they reached the pick-up point back at their hometown. It was no doubt that the vacation wasn’t satisfying enough with a lack of a member and the incident that happened has definitely made things different between Hyomin and Jiyeon but it was the opposite for L and her. They were getting closer and closer, helping each other out in any way they could. A dramatic vacation was not something they thought they’d ever experience. Hyomin looked out of the window, and brushed the tears on her left cheek.
