The longest running idol group SHINHWA came with a statement yesterday to the media that they have trainees in their company and that they would debut a girl-group this summer! Eric the leader said: "When we had our break, we focused on our own activities while some members enlisted into the military."
Main vocal Hyesung continued: "During that period of time, our Andy came up with the idea after his success with both TEEN TOP and 100%, that we could make a girl group."
Junjin the lead rapper finished: "Therefore we decided to look around different places for girls we wanted to train ourselves in our own field. For example; I have trained my girl in rapping, singing and dancing since that's my possision in the group. So they'll kind of be our 'daughter-group'. So we can reveal now that the group will have six members. That's all for today." After Junjin said that, they left the interview.
