Cho Kyuhyun, who really are you?

CHAPTER 3

Kyuhyun’s POV

It was lunchtime and as usual the school’s cafeteria is packed with student’s, I could see the line and I can tell that if I wait at the end of the line Lunch would probably be over before I can feed myself, so being the school’s kingka I breezily passed through the students to the start of the line and I saw Donghae, the biggest nerd in school, this is gonna be easy

“Yah! Nerd! Get out of my way!”

The nerd only looked at me and moved aside I gave him my famous smirk that everyone’s scared of sorry nerd, I’m hungry~

After that I started walking towards the garden, no way am I going to eat there. As I got nearer the garden I saw a familiar figure—This. Is going to be fun. I smirked at that thought.

“YAH! Sungmin-ssi!”

He looked surprised to see me and I could see something else on his face, he was pissed on seeing me. >:)

“What are you doing here?!” he asked me

“Well, you see bunny, this is my place” I answered him coolly

“Don’t call me bunny!”

“And why shouldn’t I? Don’t you know you look like a bunny?”

“They used to call me that during elementary, very immature”

I gave him a teasing grin, ha! He does look like a bunny!

“I’ll call you whatever I want, and get out of here! This.is.my.place.”

“YAH! I was here first! and you can’t tell me this is your place! Why?! Did you buy this place?! Huh?!”

Aish! This annoying bunny! Why is he so stubborn! I’ll get back at him, no one ever steals my place!

“Fine! Stay there! You’ll regret this bunny!” I gave him my smirk but he just looked at me flatly and said

“what-ever I’m not scared of you”

You’ll see Sungmin-ssi bwahahahaha!

Sungmin’s POV

Great! That jerk’s gone, He thinks I’ll go away that easily I’m not scared of him, I learned from Donghae, a friend I met earlier that he’s the kingka of this school

Flashback

I was walking on the campus thinking of that jerk Cho Kyuhyun until I bumped into someone, his stuff fell to the floor, I felt guilty since it was really my fault so I helped him

“Sorry, I didn’t see you there”

“Ummmm, it’s alright” he looked nervous I don’t know why, he was wearing thick glasses and a really heavy bag judging from how it looks and he has this thick brown hair covering he’s face. When it looks like everything is finally picked up I looked at him and introduced myself

“Hi! I’m Sungmin, sorry again about that” I gave him a bright smile

He fixed his glasses and said

“I’m Donghae, it’s alright I’m usually very clumsy” he shyly smiled at me and suddenly looked at me carefully

“Are you new here? I’ve never seen you here before”

“Oh! Yeah, I just transferred here”

“Why would you transfer schools on your senior year?” he asked curiously

“U-um, just--reasons” I said cautiously and smiled at him

“Oh, okay if you don’t want to talk about it, it’s alright, well since your new here do you want me to tour you around and tell you about the students here?”

“Sure!, that’ll be great, thanks Donghae!” I gave him a toothy smile

He smiled back at me although he’s a nerd he’s so cute!

We started talking about the students the kingka’s, the queenka’s and the people I should stay away with. I learned from him that Kyuhyun was one of the kingka’s. I wasn’t that surprised because, although I hate him to the bones he does look attractive, plus when he entered the classroom earlier the girls tried to get his attention.

“If you enter that hallway, you would see the clinic, the student’s lounge and three English classrooms, in the hallway on my right you would see the school’s library, seven history rooms and the lab”

We climbed up the stairs, basically the 2^nd floor was made up of more classrooms and the auditorium but I noticed a small door

“Donghae? What’s in there?”

“Oh! That’s the stairs to the rooftop”

“Can we go there?”

“yeah, sure”

When we finally got to the rooftop, fresh air blew through my face, it was refreshing and the view was breath taking, I could see the whole school grounds from here, the garden, the cafeteria, student chatting happily, the lake, it was just wonderful. I think this is my favorite place.

“Donghae? What do you know about Cho Kyuhyun?”

“huh? Cho Kyuhyun? Why?”

I felt my cheeks get hotter, why did he need to ask me?

“Um, no reason, nevermind”

Although I said never mind he still talked about him

“Well, he’s the kingka of this school and he’s kind of the bad-boy-don’t-care- about-respect kind of guy, but…”

“but what?”

“Well, you can think of him as a really disrespectful guy but, he had quite a past you know?”

What past could that be?, as if reading my mind, he started talking about Kyuhyun again

“Kyuhyun used to be a really cheerful kid, I know, he was a childhood friend of mine, but since his parents started to fight he grew far from me and his other friends, at 11 yrs. old his father left them and her mother died because of depression----, She commited suicide, that caused Kyuhyun to change into what he is today, he lives with his older brother and his bestfriend ”

“Oh” I gave a small oh and looked down sadly “I didn’t know that”

“Um, Sungmin? I need to go now I still have to return some of these books to the library, sorry”

I looked at the time and got surprised it was only 20 min. till the bell rings, he only had 20 min. to eat because of me, stupid min!

“Oh my gosh Donghae! I’m so sorry I didn’t notice the time!”

“Oh no, it’s alright, I didn’t notice the time myself”

“Thank you again for the tour Donghae, you know what ? I like you! Can we be friends?”

He blushed at what I said, but gave me a smile

“Of course we could be friends!”

“Then you’d be my first friend here” I gave him a grateful smile

I looked to the ground as I remembered the thing about Kyuhyun, was he trying to be strong all this time, was he this rebel?
