As soon as the nurse left the room, Hyoyeon broke down into tears. A figure who she has not noticed in the room came up to her.

“Are you okay? Hyoyeon-sshi? Stop crying, I know it must be hard on you. It seems like your world has been put on fast motion. You closed your eyes and when you open it, 7 years has past.” Dongwan comforted her as he pat her shoulders.

Hyoyeon eyed him wearily, unsure whether he is a friend or a foe.

“Ahh, you must be wondering who I am,”Dongwan giggled,“ My name is Kim Dong Wan. You fainted in my arms on the streets so I had to send you here. Are you feeling better?”

Hyoyeon just nodded and eyed the man in front of him.  

That man seems kind. He doesn’t seem to be one of Eric’s friend or worker. His voice sounded so much like her father. So heart-warming. Like an anchor of a sinking ship. Like a lighthouse in the midst of thunderstorm. Like the streets light guiding you home. So comforting. Helping her regain her sanity and calming her down.

“Ah Hyoyeon-sshi, I‘ve got to go. Rest well! I will come back and visit you. Like if you don’t mind. I mean, if you want. Like if doesn’t bothers you. Like aishhh… ” Dongwan said sheepishly.

Hyoyeon let a small smile while looking the man’s action and nodded.

While lying on her bed, she kept thinking to herself. What is she going to do now? Where is her father? 

The doors open. The face that she loved so much appears right in front of her. Eric Mun Jung Hyuk.  

“My baby! You are finally awake. I can’t even.. I love you baby! You can’t imagine how much I missed you. I am so elated baby. I really am.” Eric kissed and hugged Hyoyeon the moment he entered the room.

In the midst of the kisses and hugs, Hyoyeon was filled up with disgust and fear. What is this monster thinking? What does he wants to do? As he hugged her, she could fill a gush of eeriness down her spine, penetrating through her soul…

This woman, her awakening definitely won't be good. She will bring trouble.. I need to keep her in my sight…
