Gui gui’s eye brow crease. Weird. Didn’t Aaron tell her to pick him up? Why is his house’ lights out? Did he go out? No that’s impossible he wouldn’t cancel on her without calling her. Her hearts starts to pound. Different scenarios run in her head. She suddenly remembers Aaron’s weird voice earlier. She tried calling her phone but he won’t pick up. She sat on a bench in the patio as she eagerly waits. All of a sudden she heard a soft music playing. She followed the song. Only then did she notice the lights coming from the backyard. Her eyes widen as she saw the place decorated with various flower and colorful balloons. A giant Stitch stuff toy holding a bouquet sits in front of the stage. Stage? Why is there a stage in Aaron’s yard? She move closer to it.

“Hmmm Tell me why…”

Aaron’s sweet and angelic voice filled the place. He slowly walks into the stage holding a mic. He flash her a smile then continue the song as his eyes never left hers.

Gui gui felt unshed tears filled her eyes she just stared at him as he sings.

Gui gui as tears run down her face rush to hug Aaron.

“Gui er, stop Crying.” He gently wipes her face.

“I know I’m not your Ideal man. Hell I’m far for being Ideal. You know all my flaws. You could even list down my record far better than I could.” He pauses for a while and stared at her.

“You have no Idea how scared I was right now but I’m more afraid of losing you without giving it a fair fight. I’m tired of being a coward hiding as your best friend. I want to be brave enough to show you how much you mean to me. Tonight I’m officially resigning as your best friend and applying to be the man in your heart. “

Gui gui stared at him. Her mind suddenly lost. She wanted to say something but she can’t find her voice.

“I’m not asking you to love me back though I’ll be hypocrite if I don’t admit that I hope in time you would.  For now I just want to be the first in the long while to be honest with myself. I love you, My Ghost. Please believe me….”

Before he could continue his narration Gui gui gave him a quick kiss in the lips and smiled. Aaron stared at her all shock. He was about to say something when they heard a balloon pops from behind.

“Am I interrupting something?”

Both their eyes widen

“Hi Ying Jie. I’m Back”
