“Did you say something?”

Aaron took a deep breath and stared at her eyes

“I love you”

Gui gui’s eyes widen as his face go closer and closer. He stops a few inches away from her face one wrong move and their lips would meet. She felt her face heating up; she had this strong urge to close her eyes. Slowly she let her lids fall she knew this is crazy…

Gui gui heard someone giggle. Aaron’s hands cover he face and squeeze her cheeks.

“You are so cute.”

Her face grew red from embarrassment. He’s playing tricks on her and she falls from it big time. She held his right arm and took a big bit.

“Stupid Ah bu!!!!” she shouts then took another bite.

“Awww… enough!!! You’re going to break my arm.” He said humorously. His nearly in tears from the pain yet he can’t help but laugh.

Gui gui let him go.

“It’s your fault.” She said as he watch him rubs his arm.

“Hao la, dou bu ji” he said with a smile.

Gui gui turned her back at him feeling so guilty.

“Gui er”

“What?” she asks without looking back.

“Gui er”

“What?”

“What if I tell you I love you”

“I won’t fall for that one again so stop it.”

“What if I’m telling the truth…”

She turns to him. Silence suddenly fills the air. Is he being serious?

“Hey cat got your tongue?” he joke.

“I love you… you’re my best friend.”

Gui gui lets out a force crackle and lets out a sigh of relief.

“Of course you do. I’ll kill you if you don’t”

She saw pain flash in his eyes but it’s so fast she’s not so sure. He smiled back at her. He then moves to her back and hug her tight.

“About the guy that you like…”

“Aren’t we through of that already?” She interrupts.

She can’t see his face but she’s sure there is something wrong with the sound of his voice. He’s like in pain or something. She wanted to look at him but he won’t allow her to move.

“It’s him right? You still love him”

She didn’t answer.

“ Do you still remember how we met?”
