Aaron woke up in the sound of his alarm clock.

How he hate this day? How many times did he wish that this day won’t come?

Looks at the time 4:30 am during normal day he would love to stay in his bed till noon

but not this day… he would rather die than miss this.

 He wants to be with her before she goes; no he needs to be there he just needs to see her.

Hours from now his life will change.

Gui gui Do you have everything ready?” her mom asked.

Her eyes were watery while packing Gui gui’s clothes.

“Mom”

Gui gui wipes her mother’s tears with her hand.

Her mom captures her hand and squeezes it.

“Don’t mind me; you do know that I’m emotional.

Just remember to take care of your self there. Remember to eat call if you’ll need anything.”

“Promise Ma, Wo Ai Ni”

“I love you too baby”

They hug each other tight.

“Ok that’s enough” her mom said as she loosen their hug and wipe her own tears.

“We should Hurry packing Aaron’s waiting down stairs” her mom continued.

“Aaron? He’s here?” Gui gui looks at the clock.

“This early?”

She rushes down the stairs. He saw him sitting comfortably in the sofa.

He might have heard her footsteps and look at her direction and smiled.

Gui gui can’t help but smile back.

“Aaron” She said in surprise voice.

“Morning Ghost! What’s with the face?”

He moves close to her and touch her face.

“Why are you…?”

“Didn’t I promise to drive you today?” Aaron interrupts.

“But-“

“No more buts” He pushes her back upstairs.

“Get ready in 30 minutes or will be late. I’ll just wait for you here.”

“I know I’m handsome but can’t you help yourself not to stare too much

I’m getting distracted.” Aaron said in a joking tone.

His driving his car while Gui gui is riding in the passenger seat.

Her mom decided not to come with them. She’s too emotional to see her leave.

He notice Gui gui kept on looking at him every now and then not that his complaining

but it’s distracting, very distracting…

“Did you go out last night?” she asked out of the blue.

Good thing Aaron was use in this kind of situation. He just smiles at her.

“Why did you say that?”

“I knew it!” She exclaimed. She crosses her arms and pout.

Aaron’s getting ready for her explanation. Guess Gui gui wasn’t really asleep last night.

“Your eyes are puppy and you have dark circles under them.” She replies.

She looks at his eyes once again they sure looks tired though that didn’t lessen his looks.

In fact he’s rugged looks added to his appeal.

“Now tell me who is she? It seems like she didn’t let you sleep all night”

she added after a while in a sarcastic tone.

Aaron almost burst out laughing;

she actually thought of another girl which means she didn’t have the slightest idea of what he did.

He lets out a deep breathe and smile mysteriously at her.

 His eyes even sparkle as Gui gui’s sleeping image flash his mind.

“Yeah, guess she didn’t. I was up till dawn with her.”

“Sounds like you had a great time.”

“You have no idea. I can’t even imagine how I manage to leave her. She’s just too special.”

 Aaron whispers the last word.

 “So you like her?”

“I like a lot of girls” but I love you.

 Aaron would like to add but he already said too much to her.

He then laughs trying his best to lighten the mood.

“But you said she’s special” Gui gui tease.

She doesn’t want to give up the conversation just yet.

“Yeah just like you… special” he said as he put his arms in her shoulder.

“Is she pretty? How does she look like?”

“Why are you quite all of a sudden?” Gui gui asked.

After the conversation about the girl they didn’t talk again.

She didn’t like to push the issue any further she somewhat don’t like the idea.

 Maybe she’s just not use of hearing him talking like that about a girl.

Aaron Glance at her for a second and then back to the road, still not a word.

Gui gui sigh.

“Hey I know you’ll miss me but don’t make it too obvious” Gui gui tease.

Aaron rolled his eyes and smile wickedly.

“You wish! I’m just thinking where I’ll be taking my date tonight.” He depends.

Gui gui gave him a sharp look.

“If you’re half hearted in taking me to the airport you could have just said so.

 I’m not obliging you to do this.” She said in an irritated tone.

She’s getting pest for some unknown reason.

Tears start to form from her eye how she hates for them to depart this way.

The car suddenly came to an unexpected stop.

Aaron looks at her. His fists tightly close. He took deep breath and stared at her eyes.

 After a while he smiled at her and pinches her nose.

“You’re so sensitive. You know I’m not good at this…

I don’t like Goodbyes especially if it is with you.” He explained.

He is smiling but pain was in his eyes.

Gui gui smiled back at him.

“You do know I’ll be back right? It’s not like we’ll never see each other again”

“But it surely feels that way” he murmured.

“I guess this is it.”Gui gui announce as Aaron is holding her hand carry bag.

They’ve already deposited her other luggage.

She reaches out to take it from him but instead of giving it to her he held her hand.

“Aaron” she looks at him.

Aaron just squeezes her hand.

“Hey what are you doing?” she asked.

 In reply he pulled her into a tight hug. Gui gui was surprise yet happy.

She’ll surely miss this being close to him. She’ll surely miss him.

She bits her lower lips and hugs him back.

“Calling all passengers of flight E010078 bound to Tokyo…”

“That’s my flight”

Aaron holds her tighter.

“Aaron”

Aaron took a deep breath and reluctantly let her go.

Gui gui bit her lips again.

“Bye” she whispered.

 Aaron didn’t reply. He just bows his head.

Gui gui took her bag and step back. She walks slowly towards the door.

She looks at him one last time and sigh.

She runs back to him to give him a kiss in the cheeks but Aaron suddenly lifts his head.

Her kiss accidentally lands in his lips.

Their eyes were both wide.

It took them 3 seconds before they manage to move away from each other.

 Gui gui’s face is as red as a tomato. She can’t even dare to look at him.

“I’ll be going now. Bye” she said as she quickly walks away from him.

“Gui gui!” Aaron called her but she didn’t turn.

He even saw her bump with other passengers on her way in.

“Gui gui!” again he called she pause for a while then continue to walk without looking back.
