Highschool student Seohyun took the responsibility of taking care of her sick grandmother in the hospital.  One day, she decided to take a rest below a Sakura tree on top of the hill located at hospital's huge garden. Unlike the other normal trees, this sakura tree stayed green even if it's already the middle of spring.There, she met the rather mysterious guy , Cho Kyuhyun, who goes at the same school as her. He only has one goal and that is to make the tree bloom before spring ends. Seohyun decided to help him in an attempt to know him better. Since then, they became close to one another and everything seemed perfect until Kyuhyun confessed a secret that changed their happy lives.

Will they be able to succeed in their goal?
