A little boy opened the door sneakily out of the room. He carefully closed it so that no sound came out and that nobody would notice anything. He sighed in relief at the success. He never thought the day would come that he would play the ‘sleeping game’ just when he was sick. His friends back at home once told him that they always do that in front of their parents when they were not allowed to go out.

“Yuna-umma sure is strict.” He pouted.

Soon, he ran his way to the play room where he knew the other kids have gone to, in courtesy to his Baekhyun-appa who said it loud enough for him to hear back at their room earlier.

Little Jae Sun came face to face with the door as he pushed it to open but failed to do so. He tried the second time and was happy to succeed. Once open, true enough, every kid that he knew was inside.

Yao Zu was reading a book aloud with Chin Ho, Ryuu, Hong Hui, Emi and Hiro.

Chin Ho looked like he was listening but in truth he wasn’t and was just staring at the huge apple poster at the back of Yao Zu’s head. He couldn’t help but get closer and closer to the poster because he loves apples very much.

Emi yawned as she listened to Yao Zu read the story and so casually, she decided to lie down on the carpeted floor and sleep. Hiro noticed this and moved his attention to Emi by tapping her to get her to wake up but the sleepy girl was determined to ignore him and go to sleep.

Hong Hui soon followed suit just because he found it entertaining.

Yao Zu noticed his audience’s disinterest and decided to stop, surprising little Ryuu who was zoning in and out of the story.

Yao Zu stooped down to where Emi, Hong Hui and Hiro were located and silently carried Hiro away from Emi whose eyes were still closed but eyebrows furrowed from the disturbance.

“Let her sleep, Hiro.” He said in answer to the little one’s puzzled look. But it seems that Hiro couldn’t understand the alien language the older one said and this was quickly corrected when Yao Zu put down Hiro and awkwardly did it in action. Hiro responded with forming an ‘O’ with his mouth. If he understood it or not, Yao Zu could never guess.

Hong Hui looked down at the sleeping Emi in front of him and stopped his poking, finding nothing better to do, he found Chin Ho who was now near the wall and is trying to reach the poster but couldn’t. Hong Hui smiled in excitement when a thought came to mind. He stood up and walked his way to Chin Ho. Despite Hong Hui’s unstable legs, he was able to reach the latter with little problems. He kept on poking Chin Ho to get his attention but Chin Ho was so focused on the poster that he never noticed Hong Hui.

Hong Hui pouted and became desperate enough to wail. “Ahhh!” He more or less shouted. But Chin Ho ignored him. At the back of his mind, he wanted Chin Ho to play toy blocks with him. Thinking about the toy blocks, he sought for it and as much as the toy was heavy, he pushed and pushed it to Chin Ho’s direction until the box tilted off and its contents spilled, one particular block rolled its way to Chin Ho’s foot.

Chin Ho looked down, curious as to what bumped into him and saw a red circular block lying down just an inch away from his foot. He immediately sat down and grabbed the block and looked at it closely. “A-app—“ he murmured.

Hong Hui looked up and giggled in amusement. He stood up excitedly and lost his balance but he never found the floor hard so he kept on going to Chin Ho and eventually dragged him to the box full of toy blocks, spilling more on their feet.

Chin Ho’s eyes sparkled at the sight of red blocks and Hong Hui was just too happy that he finally got Chin Ho to play with him. The two played together peacefully despite the ruckus the other kids were making.

“Who wants to play?!” Min Hee announced, bouncing with excitement with the game in mind.

Jae Sun quickly got up and raised his hands and said, “MEEEE!!!”

With this, almost everybody’s attention was caught except for Emi, Chin Ho and Hong Hui; every kid participated in the game.

“What game do we play?” asked Chun Hei, behind her was little Sooju, clinging to her left leg like a little koala.

Min Hee grinned, “Hide and Seek!”

Jae Sun gulped. I am not good with Hide and Seek! He thought. He looked at everyone’s reactions and they seemed to be going for the game. Even little Hong Hui clapped his hands and giggled for everyone’s participative mood even though he himself was preoccupied playing with Chin Ho.

“I’ll start the counting!” Min Hee volunteered. “Everybody hide as fast as you can!”

As Min Hee counted, Jae Sun immediately hid behind the side of the cabinet. Hway Dyok and Mei Li who were both Chinese understood what was going on once Jae Sun hid. Eventually, each of them hid as well.

Yao Zu froze when he was about to move but couldn’t when someone grabbed on his leg. He looked down and Soo Ju clung to him, rubbing her cheeks on his leg. In a hurry, he carried Soo Ju and hid behind a sofa.

Chun Hei looked at the state of the place as she listened to Min Hee count. Two kids, Ryuu and Hiro were left – having no idea what they got themselves into. Ryuu smiled at Chun Hei and raised both of his arms up indicating he wants to be carried. While little Hiro was surprised when almost everyone’s gone.

Chun Hei noticing that her time was almost up, quickly grabbed Ryuu and hid. Hiro noticed this and in time when Min Hee’ was done counting, quickly crouched down on the floor hiding himself like a turtle would.

“Time is up! I’m going to find you~” Min Hee chimed, looking back at her surroundings; she saw the almost empty room.

She noticed Chin Ho and Hong Hui quickly because of the latter having a fit giggles. “Found you! Hong Hui and Chin Ho!” She announced, running to them and tapping each head once. As she turned, she noticed someone in a position that of a rock and she couldn’t help but giggle at the cute position this baby was in.

She stopped down and slowly carried the baby up. “Found you, Hiro~” Min Hee cooed. The Japanese baby only tilted his head in question, not quite understanding Min Hee’s words except for the call of his name. Min Hee found him cute and pecked a kiss on his cheek as she moved on to find the others.

Min Hee noticed a familiar messy haired boy standing beside the cabinet and squealed in her excitement when she knew who it was. “JAE SUN! Found you!!!”

Jae Sun flinched. “How did you find me?” He asked, completely puzzled.

Min Hee giggled and bounced her way to him. “I just did!” She said, grinning.

Jae Sun sighed. “Now we have to find the others…”

Just then, the door of the play room opened and revealed an exasperated Yuna. “Jae Sun???” She searched the room fervently with her eyes and soon settled on her ‘son’ who was standing beside Min Hee, still grinning. “Yaaa…” She got down to Jae Sun’s level as soon as she got to him. “Are you okay? No more fever?” She asked worriedly, touching his forehead if there was any. She was relieved enough to smile at him.

“Yuna-umma, how did you know I was here?” Jae Sun asked curiously.

“Your Baekhyun-appa told me that you’re probably here because of what he said earlier.” She frowned at the memory. That Baek is really going to get it later. She thought. “And of course, who couldn’t hear Min Hee’s lovely voice?” She turned to the girl beside Jae Sun and tickled her stomach a bit.

Yoon Shik followed suit as she searched to find Mei Li. Little giggles were heard somewhere around the room and she saw Hway Dyok and Mei Li playing with each other.

Yoon Shik smiled at the lovely view.

“Hway Dyok~” Someone called out and going inside the room was Xiumin, hands in his pockets; he smiled at Yoon Shik when their eyes met.

“Hway Dyok is here, Xiumin-oppa.”

Xiumin walked his way to where Yoon Shik was and soon saw the two girls as well. “Hello girls.” He greeted, grinning at the two who were having fits of giggles. “It is time to eat~”

Hearing the word ‘eat’, Hway Dyok excitedly stood up and jumped. “Noooodles~!”

Mei Li followed Hway Dyok and exclaimed. “Siomai!!!”

Yoon Shik and Xiumin chuckled as they took their kid outside the room.

“Tao!” Xiumin called by the hallway.

“Ge?” Tao’s head popped out of nowhere.

“Your child is sitting by the carpet.”

“Which one?” He asked, looking around the area if he could see Hiro.

Xiumin poked his forehead. “Inside the playroom of course.”

Tao squinted at the poke but nodded in understanding. “Uh, right. I was going to get him. Thanks ge!” he then ran his way to the play room and as soon as he entered, immediately found Hiro lying on the carpet being tickled by Min Hee.

Min Hee noticed the older one’s presence and stopped the tickling. “Hiro~ your appa is here~” She announced but the baby in response still could never understand what she was saying and just tilted his head with an “Eh?”

Tao laughed at the cuteness and picked Hiro up on the floor. “Did you have fun, little one~?” He cooed.

Min Hee giggled on the side. “What do we play next?!”

“Oh no, young lady.” Suho chuckled, going inside the play room with a soft smirk. “You are going to eat. You’re umma is already calling you.”

“Aww…” Min Hee slouched dejectedly.

Suho raised his eyebrow. “She has a surprise for you~” He wagered.

“Yes!!!” She suddenly cheered and hopped to her ‘appa’. “LETS GOOO~” She held her father’s hand and if she could, would literally drag him out of the room. She bumped into a man who was so tall that she was almost at knee-level. Min Hee staggered back in surprise and to look up who it was.

“Oh, sorry.” Chanyeol apologized to the little girl, smiling at her with his flashy white teeth. He then turned to Suho. “Hyung, have you seen Chin Ho?”

Suho shook his head in response. “Min Hee’s the one I saw first so I never bothered to look at the others.”

Chanyeol pouted but moved on, stepping inside, he called. “Chin Ho?” His eyes moved everywhere around the room. A part of him still amazed how awesome the playroom was.

Meanwhile, Hwa Young walked discreetly –head down as she passed by Chanyeol murmuring an “Excuse me” as she did and walked straight to her son.

“That’s enough playing now, Hong Hui.” She told the little boy, sitting down on the carpeted floor to ask the kid to help her clean up the toys. “You too, Chin Ho.”

Upon hearing Chin Ho’s name, Chanyeol’s ears perked up and looked to where Hwa Young was and true enough, saw his son. He then grinned and walked his way to Chin Ho. “Come on, Chin Ho.” He scooped the baby up in his arm as he helped Hwa Young clean with the other.

“Thank you.” Hwa Young bowed to Chanyeol in thanks.

“You’re welcome.” Chanyeol replied and bid to go on his way out.

Hwa Young returned the toy to its proper place and scooped Hong Hui in her arms, she found baby Emi sleeping.

“Has anyone seen Emi?” Jangmi asked no one in particular, walking inside the room.

“She’s here.” Hwa Young pointed. “She is sleeping.”

“Oh…” Jangmi nodded and jogged her way to Emi, picking her up carefully as she slept soundly. “Is anyone still here?” She asked Hwa Young.

Yao Zu and Chun Hei soon emerged from their hiding place slowly. Clinging to Yao Zu is little Soo Ju who was now on his chest. Yao Zu carried her with much effort but he can be relied on when it comes to safety.

Chun Hei held Ryuu’s hand as they walked closer to the two adults.

“Wait just a bit, okay?” Hwa Young told the four kids as she walked her way to the door and almost clashed with Lay. Following him was Eun Mi, Chen, Minjung and Yunmi. “Ah, just in time.” Hwa Young murmured and soon excused herself out with baby Hong Hui waving his hands goodbye.

“Did you have fun playing, Ryuu?” Lay asked, patting the child’s head.

Chun Hei released Ryuu from her hold and stepped back quietly.

“Chunnie~” Chen chimed.

Chun Hei frowned a bit at the weird nickname her ‘appa’ gave her but she silently bowed her head in recognition and walked first out of the door, refusing to take Chen’s offered hand.

Chen immediately looked sad but got a pat of encouragement from Eun Mi as she said. “She’ll warm up to you soon.”

Chen smiled at Eun Mi in thanks.

“That’s my little Yao Zu!” Min Jung suddenly exclaimed, hugging her ‘son’ so proudly as soon as Yunmi carried Soo Ju in her arms. “You looked so cute and –“

Min Jung’s sentence was cut off by the loud voice of Chanyeol. “Eating time!!!” He announced through the hallway.

The girls squinted at the loud voice but Lay and Chen just chuckled for they were used to it. And so, they all went out to join the dinner.

Hello everyone! So as you know, this is a special chapter wherein we featured mainly how the kids are when they play (without the adults). It would have been a waste if they didn't have any scene at all so I thought why not put a special episode? so BAM. Here it is~ Hope you like it even though its only a short one, I tried my best in creating this chapter. Please forgive me if the other characters didn't have much screen time like Emi... But that's just how she is~!
