Siwan finally left after proposing his bet. Truthfully, I was not even the least nervous. I headed home quickly. On the way back, Mindy texted me back.

I miss you so much Jinni!

And you've met a playboy?

Is he cute? LOL~ ^^

But, come on! You've just met him~

Maybe he's not as bad as you think?

I laughed. This was the answer I expected from Mindy. I put my phone away and opened the front door of my (new) house.

My dad was not home when I arrived so I prepared our dinner. I had learned to cook very young because my dad had work and my mom had died. I quickly whipped up some appetizers and some rice.

I started to eat first and my dad came home within a few minutes.

"Jin Ae!" he called.

I got up and saw him walk into the room. "Appa! Welcome home!"

My dad stared at the dinner I made. I smiled and pointed to the seat in front of me.

"Come on, eat! I made dinner!"

My dad hung his coat on the rack and sat down. I handed him a pair of chopsticks and he started eating.

"Wah! You're cooking gets better and better every time I taste it!" he complimented.

"Kamsahamnida, appa!" I thanked.

I've always liked it when my dad complimented my cooking.

"So, how was school today, Jin Ae? Make any friends?"

The first thing I thought of was Siwan. That playboy!

"School was great! I made so many friends! One of them is named Jung Hae Young!" I replied.

It wasn't completely a lie, though. Jung Hae Young did become my friend and school was ok (You know, except for Siwan...) but the making 'so many friends' wasn't exactly true.

My dad smiled at me. "That's good!"

We finished dinner soon and I washed the dishes. Tomorrow was a new day and I was pretty tired. I went straight to sleep after hugging my dad goodnight.

When I arrived at school the next day, I found Siwan leaning against the front gates of our school. He saw me and came over to me. He put his arm around my shoulder and whispered into my ear.

"Are you ready Jin Ae? Are you ready to fall in love with me?"

My spine shivered through his words and my body became weak. I gathered all my strength and looked into his eyes.

"Siwan, you won't win this easily," I declared.

He scoffed. "Oh is that right?"

With those words, he leaned in and pressed his lips onto mine.

WHAT THE HELL. THAT WAS MY FIRST KISS!
