“Yah! What are you doing here?!?!” Seulgi whispered loudly, but not loud enough for Hyojoo and her date to hear.

“I should be asking you the same question, pabo,” Yunho whispered back.

“I’m spying on Hyojoo! Now what’s your reason?”
“I’m spying on Donghae!”

Seulgi blinked. “Wait a minute… is that guy Donghae?” she pointed to the guy that Hyojoo was with from behind the bushes. He slowly turned around, facing Yunho and Seulgi, just enough so they could see his face.

Yunho stared at him in disbelief. “Oh. My . God.”
Seulgi couldn’t believe it. All this time, Hyojoo was crushing on Lee Donghae, one of the kingkas!
Yunho looked at her. “So, that girl with him. That’s Hyojoo, huh?”
Seulgi slowly nodded her head, still shocked at her discovery.

Yunho rubbed his fingers on his chin. “So all this time, it was because of a girl.”
“How did you know there was something fishy with him in the first place?” Seulgi asked.

“It was pretty obvious. He was acting all weird and stuff.”
“Oh”

The two were so shocked about what they had just seen and didn’t notice that Hyojoo and Donghae had left the park.

“Omo! Where are they!” panicked Seulgi.
Yunho rubbed his chin. “Probably at Donghae’s favorite ice cream place.”
“Then, let’s go!”

They arrived at the ice cream parlor, and sure enough, the duo was sitting chatting, and enjoying their ice cream.

Yunho and Seulgi did their best to stay away from sight. They sat at a table across the room, but they had a clear view of Donghae and Hyojoo. Seulgi and Yunho hid their faces behind a menu.

“Yah, pabo, don’t you think this is a bit too much?” asked Yunho.
“What do you mean?” Seulgi asked back.
“I mean, you already know who Hyojoo’s secret date is, and I already know who Donghae’s secret date is, so shouldn’t we just leave them alone now?”
“I guess we should.”

They stood up and walked to the door. Just as they were about to leave, they heard a loud laugh from across the room.

“Yunho really did that?” Hyojoo asked, laughing and holding her sides.
“Yeah!” Donghae replied.
“Well, that’s nothing compared to what Seulgi did last week.”

Yunho looked at Seulgi. “Or maybe we can stay and spy on them a little bit more?”
“I totally agree with you.”

…

“So, how was it?” Jaejoong asked, as he and Boa came out of the cinema.
“Well, aside from the fact that you dragged me here, it was pretty good.”

Jaejoong pouted, “Yeah, sorry ‘bout that.”
Boa smiled. “Gwenchana…”

She remembered what happened in the theater. And couldn’t help but blush

[Flashback]

Boa shivered. She couldn’t pay any attention to the movie, it was ridiculously cold. Jaejoong, who noticed this, shrugged his jacket off and gave it to her.

“Thanks,” she said.
“Anytime,” was his reply.

Boa smiled to herself and smelled a familiar scent. It was coming from Jaejoong’s jacket.

“Hey! Is this Baby Bench?” she asked.
“Bwoh?” Jaejoong asked.
“You’re cologne,” she said.
Jaejoong blushed. “Uh… yeah, why?”
“I use that too!” she said, taking out a bottle of the same cologne.
“You mean, the uni kind?” he asked.
“The very same,” she beamed.
“Cool. And I thought I was the only one.’

[End of Flashback]

Suddenly, a group of ty looking girls, wearing skirts, so short that they can pass as belts, and too- high- heels walked pass them and eyed Jaejoong, giving him hungry eyes as they passed.

Jaejoong responded by giving them a slight playboy nod and a y smile.

Boa, who noticed the exchange, cleared . “Uh.. I guess I have to get back to the dorm now,” she said.
“Oh? Uh yeah,” Jaejoong replied absently. “Need someone to walk you there?”
“No, it’s okay. Have fun with your… uh… friends,” she said as she walked away.

Jaejoong looked at the s, who gestured Jaejoong to come, and Jaejoong, being the shallow playboy he was, just went along with it.

He turned around to get a last look at Boa as she walked away. “I hope she’ll be okay.”

Boa walked away from Jaejoong as fast as she could, trying to fight back tears. “Bongshii…” she scolded her self. “You knew he was a playboy, why did you have to fall into his trap?”

She smelled her outfit. His scent had rubbed off on her.

She was so lost in her thoughts, that she wasn’t aware that someone was following her.

Then, it all happened so fast. A blurry figure passed by her and her bag went with it.

“AAAAAHHHH!! Some thug stole my bag!”

Another blurry figure passed by her, chasing the robber. She stood still, shocked, not moving a muscle.

The person who chased the robber returned and handed her back the bag.

“Kamsahamnida,” Boa said, not looking at the heroic stranger.
“Any time,” he replied.

Boa looked up and looked into Jaejoong’s eyes. they stayed like that for a few seconds until Boa broke the connection.

“Look, Boa, I-“ Jaejoong began.
“No, it’s okay… I understand, “ she said and walked away.

Jaejoong opened his mouth to talk, but nothing came out.
“Oh. And thanks… again,” she said, turning back one last time.

Jaejoong gave her a wave, but she turned back too early to see it.

“Pabo.” he scolded himself.

…

Seulgi sighed. She was at the mall with Yunho, ‘Operation Stake- Out’ was still in action.

“Man, these two are restless,” Yunho breathed. They had been walking for a really long time and were on the verge of breaking down due to jelly legs. They were a few meters away from Donghae and Hyojoo, who were still up and at it.

Donghae suddenly turned back and Yunho had to think fast.
He pulled Seulgi into his arms, and turned his back on them, hiding their faces from view. When Donghae saw them, they just looked like a normal couple, engaging in a PDA moment. He shrugged and looked away, redirecting his attention to Hyojoo.

Yunho, after checking that Donghae wasn’t looking anymore, finally let go of Seulgi.

‘YAH! What was that about?!?!?!?” shot Seulgi.
“Pabo! Donghae almost saw us, and I had to do something, fast!” he reasoned.
“Okay, okay, I get it. Mianhae. Now, let’s go before we lose them. Again.”

The duo finally stopped in front of a coffee shop. Yunho and Seulgi sighed in relief and ushered themselves inside, feeling grateful that they get to rest their legs.

They still kept a lookout for the couple, though.

“I have to go to the restroom,” they heard Hyojoo say.
Yunho saw the panicked look on Seulgi’s face and gave her a ‘what’s up?” look. She pointed to a door, which was next to their table, and there was a sign that read, ‘REST ROOM’ on it.

Yunho’s eyes widened. That would mean that Hyojoo would have to pass their table. And if she passed their table, she would see them.

They had to think fast. Hyojoo was nearing their table.

“Maybe I should hug her again,” he thought. “No! she’s sitting right next to me! That wouldn’t look good!”

Seulgi’s head was empty she didn’t know what to do.

“Aish, I’ll regret this,” he said to himself as he took Seulgi’s face in his hands and pressed his lips against hers, covering their faces in the process.

And Hyojoo passed by them, without a second glance.

Yunho released Seulgi shortly after. Then he realized what he just did.

Seulgi was red all over. Yunho looked at her with wide eyes.

“Seulgi, I’m so sor-“

“Gwenchana,” she cut him off.

The atmosphere started to get awkward. Uncomfortable.

“Um…” started Yunho.

“I think we should leave those two alone now,” Seulgi suggested.

“Yeah, I second that motion.”

…

[Seulgi’s POV]

I went back inside the dorm room and plopped down the bed.

I touched my lips and thought back on what happened a few minutes ago, at the coffee shop.

Jung Yunho. The (self- proclaimed) most popular guy in school. The leader of the kingkas. The pig- headed jerk. The self- centered, big-headed, egotistic, stupid, stuck up, idiotic moron. The most hateful person in the world. And some other adjectives I wouldn’t dare mention in this fanfic.

Jung Yunho. The guy who stole my first kiss.

And for some reason, I couldn’t help but smile.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU, BAE SEUL GI?!?!
