Jieun was reading a book when Kai, all of a sudden, entered her mind. She then remembered her last encounter with him. She doesn’t know why but she is constantly waiting for him to come up and nag her to stop seeing Baekhyun. She needed to see him. She wanted to hear his voice.

Damn It! How come he isn’t calling her?

As each day passes by, she was missing him so much and she was getting frustrated. And when Friday comes – exactly 14 days since she last saw him – she decided she had enough. She won’t talk to him even he begs to.

“Ah, annyong haseyo, seonsaengnim. Come in.”

She looked behind the door when she heard one of her maids was talking. She immediately recognized the old man wearing a business suit who just entered her house.

“Young-min samchon?”

“Jieun! My darling, my lovely girl!”

She approached him and kissed him on the cheeks. She invited him at the den and then ordered her maid to get some drinks

“What brings you here samchon?”

“To tell you the truth, I intentionally went here just to see you.” The old man took her hand and kissed it. “I miss you. You haven’t visited the house or even my office. You know that I become easily irritated with the world when I don’t see a pretty face like yours.”

She couldn’t help but smile. This sweet old man reminded her so much of that younger version of him. She surely knows where Kai inherited those traits.

“How would Elaine-gomo reacts when she hears you saying those words?” The old man smiled widely. “You know I’m just fooling around. Anyway, I’ve been busy for these past few months, Young-min samchon”
