But, that didn’t happen because of the loud voice of a girl.

“Kai! What the hell is meaning of this?”

For the first time in her life, she wanted to smack her head against her car. She’s so stupid to allow herself fall into Kai’s trap. How that did happened to think she already knows his playboy attitude?

Maybe Kai was right? Teased by the little voice inside her head. That she somehow likes him but she can’t accept the idea.

Jieun can’t believe how an intelligent girl like her would foolishly fall into his gimmick. She distanced herself from Kai and waited for the girl to come. She prepared herself what explanation she’ll reason out in case the girl confronted her. But she doesn’t need to get ready because the girl confronted Kai and slapped him without any hesitation.

“How dare you do this to me, Kai? I didn’t listen to what others were saying about you because I love you. But, why do you have to hurt me this way? If you wanted to get out of my life, I would have let you go without this drama. Without hurting me this way.”

With that, the woman departed without looking at her. Kai didn’t even run after the girl, instead he only followed her through his gaze. His delicate face is now reddening with the impact of the woman’s hand.

“So, what was the feeling of being slapped?” she asked. He didn’t answer maybe because he was still in the state of shock after the traumatic experience.

“Your girlfriend just beaten me by a minute,” she seriously said. “Me too, Kai. I really want to slap you. But I think you had enough in one day. I hope you already learned your lesson. Don’t mess up anyone’s feelings.”

Then, she pushed him inside her car and let him sit for a while.

“Wait for me.” She got her handkerchief and went to a fast-food restaurant that was beside the parking lot. When she came back, she had pieces of ice cubes and was wrapped using the handkerchief. Then, she gave it to Kai.

“Here, place this on your face before it swells.”
