Yuto stared at the cell. There was something that tempted him to visit the guest of the prison cell, something unknown to him yet. It kept on stirring him that he couldn't let it go no matter how he wanted to ignore it.

He stared at the lady in front of them. Her feet were in chains, seemingly lost weight and yet she stared at him as if he was some kind of a stinking sewer.

He studied her as she stared at him.

"Yuto?"

Yuto snapped as he heard his name. "Yuki-chan."

"What are you doing here?" she asked.

"Nandemonai~" He answered before walking away only giving a glance as Yuki shoved a plate of food to the prisoner.

He sighed as he walked away.

"Yuto-kun." Yuki called from behind him.

He looked at her.

"Please be careful around her. She is dangerous wether tied or not." She said. Yuto stared at her blue eyes. There were loneliness and fear on those beautiful eyes.

"Why are you afraid?" He asked.

"What do you mean afraid?" she asked tilting her head on him.

Yuto blinked and gasped as he thought he saw the broom beside the wall move a bit to its right.

His forehead knotted. "Did that broom move or what?"

Yuki looked back at where he was staring then laughed at him. "What are you saying?"

Yuto stared at her as she laughed at him. "Hahaha!" he laughed at himself.

"What are the two of you laughing at?" Ryosuke asked as they entered the living room.

"You aren't supposed to be here!" Yuki said as a matter of fact.

Ryosuke shrugged. "So was he." He said pointing at Yuto.

Yuki looked at the two and shook her head. "Yeah, you are not supposed to be here. The council is on your tail and you're still here hanging around us. You are putting all of us in danger." She said in annoyance.

Yuto smirked at her. "Hey! Watch the attitude. One time, you are being nice and the next time, you are just mean."

Yuki let her eyeballs go around her eyes. "Oh come on, I am not mean. I am just stating a fact."

"Oh well miss, if you want to know, we are only here because we think that we can protect you better when we are here." Yuto stated.

"Yeah right, whoever put that in your head, mister!"

"Enough! Miss, mister." Ryosuke said staring at the two who were staring daggers at each other. "Stop your bickering." he said lastly. "I wonder what Kota and Jhenie-sama was talking about."

"Too many things to think, too little time." Yuto commented and slumped down on the sofa.

"Woah! You guys really feel very at home, huh?" Yuki commented. "By the way, why is Keito not with you?"

"Miss him?" Yuto asked as he put his chin in the pulm of his hand.

Yuki glared at him in irritation. "It's just you three are always together, you seem like triplets to me."

"Hey! Don't include me in their bunch."Ryosuke complained. "'Sides, Keito is with Ryutaro suppressing some vampire attack in the next neighborhood. Starting when we went a bit low, we coudln't fight together since it might get the attention of the other clan. Kota-nii thinks that they have something to do with it."

Yuki shrugged. "As if they won't notice you whether you are together or not." Yuki pouted.

"It won't do any good." It was Satomi. "They are eyeing you, no matter what, especially you." She said while looking at Ryosuke.

"Me?! Nande?"

"Because you are famous. They are simply threatening you. They know how to hold your neck. That is your weakness. They are sure that you don't want your secret to go out in public because it can simply ruin you."

Ryosuke smiled. "Actually, that I doubt. My fans love the cool me. Being a hunter, my fangirls would definitely drool for me more."

"It would mean an increase in the number of his fangirls except if they know that Keito killed twice as much vampire than you. That will boost his popularity to double."

Ryosuke laughed at that. "You would definitely like that, won't you? You dote him more than you dote on me."

Yuki rolled her eyes. "Bromance! Geez!" She complained and walked away.

Ryosuke and Yuto laughed at that.

"Doted? What a word, Yama-chan." Yuto commented. "We both know that the guy love you so much."

"Ehem!" Satomi cleared . "You know that this bromance thing is disgusting, don't you?"

"Only for an old woman like you." Ryosuke commented.

"I am not an old woman!" Satomi retorted. "I am quite young for a vampire."

"How young? 1000 years old?" Yuto asked.

"No, just five hundred and twenty-five. That is still very young."

"Five hundred and twenty-five? Hontou?" Ryosuke asked in shock.

Satomi nodded.

Yuto blinked at her. "How did you meet Kota-nii and Yuya-nii again?"

Satomi thought for a while.

"Agh!" Yuto gagged and grasped his left chest. He clutched at his hand as he slowly went down on the floor.

"Yuto!" Ryosuke came to the aid of his friend and helped him to the couch. "What happened?"

"I-I don't know." Yuto, still clutching his chest stammered. "It hurts." He complained.

"What is happening?" Ryosuke looked at Satomi.

"Aggh!" Yuto gagged and then caughed. He clutched his chest and caughed. He tugged at his stomach as he caughed and threw up. Satomi brought a big bowl.

He jerked his head and pushed forward. Red, slimy liquid gushed out from his mouth. After throwing the last pinch he sighed heavily as if all hell's been up from him.

Ryosuke rubbed his back. "Are you ok, now?" He asked.

Yuto nodded as he rested his head on the back rest of the couch.

"This is bad." Jhenie, who had seen everything commented.

The rest of the household stared at them.

"What is happening?" Ryosuke asked.

Jhenie stared at the blood thrown up by Yuto. It was bubbling, seemingly alive and wanted to pounce out of the bowl.

Satomi stood up and went to the fire. Without further ado, she dumped the living blood on the fire.

The fire blazed a dark red and shoot reddish sparks. Yuto stared as a frightening scream could be heard from the fire. It was as if his own blood wanted redemption. It wanted to get out of the fire.

The vampires, except Jhenie were trying to block out the sounds by stuffing their hands on their ears.

It was after a while before the noise subsided. Then as soon as it started, the fire glowed an orangy hue and settled in quietly.

The vampires looked at Jhenie, waiting for her orders.

"I don't understand, either. Satomi?" Jhenie looked at Satomi who had gone silent after the ordeal.

"His vampire is near. She is screaming for his blood." She stated.

"What do you mean?" Kota asked Satomi.

"A vampire, he is her lifeline. She needs his blood and his blood wants to go to him." She explained.

Kota looked at the other vampires. "But Haruka..." He looked at everybody. "Do you think it is Haruka? He might be the rio-bios." Kota suggested.

Satomi shook her head. "I doubt it." she said. "Corpusceleiio only happens when a powerful vampire needed the blood of her lifeline. She can transmit this need to her lifeline only. A rio-bios can never be affected by this."

"How can you be so sure?" Ryosuke asked.

"Because it never happened before. Not with any of us." Satomi said in frustrated voice.

"Nobody is really powerful enough to send out a corpusceleiio, not even Jhenie-sama can do this." Shizuka answered.

"But can't we just try it?" It was Kei. There was a bit of hope on his eyes.

"Suit yourselves." Satomi answered. "But I am telling you, if Yuto wouldn't be able to give blood to his lifeline, he will keep on vomitting blood. It won't be good for his body. He might loose a lot of blood." she said pacing the dark curtains.

"So that means, we need to look for his vampire?" Ryosuke asked.

"Let's try Haruka first. He could really be a rio-bios."Kei insisted.

"This might not work but I agree with Kei. We have to try everything." Jhenie stated.
