Jessica got the sign from the teacher “Annyeonghaseyo, Je Ireumeun Jung Sooyeon Imnida~” she paused for a moment before continuing “Please take care of me~” she finished with a slight bow. “Welcome Miss Jung, I’m Miss Lee and I’m your English teacher from now on, you can take a seat next to Tiffany, she can show you around since it seems like you two are friends.” “Ah, yes… thank you.” Jessica spoke politely, bowing a little at the teacher before taking her seat next to Tiffany, eyes following her every move. “I think I have a hater~” Jessica whispers the moment she had taken her seat. “And why is that?” “Someone is glaring a hole in me!” she said pointed it with a slight nod. “O yeah, that’s Amy; you should be careful with her~”  “Why?” “She is the ‘Queen’ in here.” “Queen?” “Yeah, I guess the boys and girls think she is the prettiest among all, now you’re here I think that’s going to chance drastic!”

Jessica just raises one of her eyebrows as she shook her head at the dramatic girl next to her. She took a look in front of her to see ‘Amy’ still glaring at her. ‘Geez first day and I already have some haters’ the girl thought as she brought her attention back to the teacher. She sighed as she didn’t really need to be there, she looks at her best friend who was just looking outside the window, also not really paying attention on the lecture.

 “That was~” “Boring~” “Yeah, exactly~” the two best friends were finishing each other’s sentence as if it was normal for them.

“E-Excuse me~” “Yes?” Jessica answers as she turns around only to see a couple of boys standing in front of her. She her head to the left as she was looking at them curious. “Can I help you with something?” “Yes, you can~” a distance voice spoke out, probably behind those boys. “Eh?” “Hello again Sooyeon sshi~” “O, omo… Myungsoo sshi~” Jessica faked that she was surprise to see him. “You didn’t tell me you go to this school as well!” “You didn’t ask me, you just left in a hurry!” Myungsoo scratch the back of his neck sheepishly, then seeing the other girl standing behind Jessica looking at them “O hello Tiffany sshi~” Tiffany nods her head. “So You two truly met before?” “Yeah he had saved my baby sister!” Jessica spoke smiling. “I’m Sooyeon by the way~”  “O don’t worry, we know who you are!” one of them answers back, locking his eyes on her. “Yah, stop drooling… they are my friends. The one that spoke earlier is Woohyun, next to him you have Hoya, Seongyeol, Sungjong and these two are Dongwoo and Sunggyu.” “It’s nice to meet you; this is my best friend Tiffany.”

 

“Shall we go to the canteen now, I’m getting a little hungry~” Tiffany stated rubbing her flat stomach. “Yeah and I need to call someone as well!” Jessica said fishing her Iphone 5 out of her pocket dialing a number. “UNNI!” Jessica had to push her phone away from her ear as a shrill loud voice went through the device. “Pooh bear, are you trying to make me deaf?”

The boys are looking with amusement at the conversation Jessica had on the phone even Tiffany was smiling brightly. “Yeah baby I know~” Jessica giggles “Just a few more~ yah are you crying again?” Jessica sighed as she heard the girl crying on the other side and her mother scolding her jokingly for hurting her sister. “I need to go now, love you baby girl~”

“That was an interesting conversation!” Woohyun state getting a hit in his stomach by Myungsoo. “What?” he hissed in pain. “It’s alright Myungsoo sshi~” Myungsoo crinch as he didn’t like it at all to be called with ‘sshi’ by the girl “Shall we drop the formalities? You can call us Oppa, except for Sunggjong I think, he is 22 and we call you by your name~” the two girls nod their head “Alright… Oppa, 22? He is the same age as us~” ‘Wow I like the sound of that~’ “We are friends then!” the boy jumped happily. The girls couldn’t help but to let out a giggle. “But how old are you then, Oppa?” Myungsoo scratch the back of his head. “I’m 24, they are even older but are only in our class with English as they failed to do that class, I on the other hand, well I just failed in a couple of more, hehe~”  he smiles sheepishly. “O you do, you can ask J-Sooyeon to tutor you… she is really smart as in really smart!” Tiffany stated, almost revealing het best friend’s ‘secret’. “She is? Hmmm it’s not a bad Idea though~” Myungsoo looks up at Jessica. “Hmmm, we will see, first of all let’s eat before the break is over!”

 

Little did they know that a couple of shadows were looking at them, all with hatred and jealousy evidence in their eyes.

“More unwanted glares!” Jessica mumbles as the group walks into the canteen, eyes on them. “That’s what we get when we hangout with the Kinka!” “This is just my first day!” the girl scoffs. Tiffany couldn’t help but to giggle a little “I know and to think that I never met them in the first place if it wasn’t for you!” Tiffany stated as she continued “But they aren’t all glares there are also stares as if they~”  “Are undressing me?” the girl let out a breath. “I know, I got that a lot!” she spoke as she took a seat that Myungsoo had offered to her. “Thank you~” she said as he just smiled. “So what do you girls want?” “Two sandwiches; but one without any cucumber!” Tiffany said taking a seat in front of Jessica. “Alright, we will be right back!” Hoya said as he walks away followed by the rest of the boys.

“I thought you told me he is a cold guy!?” Jessica spoke as she finally had a chance to ask that question as if it was bothering her. “Yeah well, he was/is I don’t know… its confusing me right now!” “Yeah and you are confusing me right now!” “It’s just I have never seen him like this before in school, I tell you he has change and I really think it’s because of you!” “O please, I didn’t even do anything to him!” ‘Let’s hope it’s because of me, it will make my job a lot easier’. “I think that maybe just being you is enough for him, who knows maybe he likes you already~” “Or he just wants to get into my pants and dump me right after~” Tiffany raised her index finger and spoke “That’s also possible~” “Wait, you mean he would actually do that?” “Well he is known as the biggest playboy and not alone in school!” “O gosh, do you really mean that?” Tiffany nods her head as their conversation dies down when the boys arrives back with their sandwiches. “I assumed that the sandwich without the cucumber is for you~” Myungsoo spoke as he gave the plate to Jessica. “Yes, thank you… how much do I~” Jessica didn’t even get to finish her sentence as Myungsoo has stopped her “Nothing~” was his single word that escapes his mouth. Jessica just looks at him with a small smile on her lips. “Thank you~” “Hmmm, don’t mention it, it’s nothing~” the group eat peacefully, at least they think so.
