▬ Chapter 5: The Plan Worked? ▬

“So, what’s the plan?” I asked Woohyun the next day while sipping on some chocolate milk from a small carton. We came to school an hour earlier than usual to discuss our plan so I brought my breakfast with me.

“Well,” he hesitated for a moment while he continuously poked his sub-sandwich with the small toothpick, “I’m not sure if it will work on him but it does work well for other people.”

“What is it?”

“Jealousy.”

“That’s so childish.”

“Oh, any other thoughts?” He stared at me.

“No, so let’s try yours. By the way, what do we do?” Woohyun was now smirking. I looked at him and suddenly my brain created vague ideas as to what message he was trying to convey. It was like he was communicating his idea through telepathy. “No…”

“Yes.” He smirked. “Starting today, I’m going to be your–”

“Boyfriend?!” Myungsoo couldn't believe what he just heard. “You have a boyfriend? Well,” he straightened out, “Congratulations.”

“Yeah. Since that coug- I mean, Hyuna became your girlfriend after she confessed to you that day, I wanted to experience being in love too,” I smiled.
